Risk factors for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (or RSI) include repetitiveness, force and mechanical stress1, all of which relate to the use of dental instruments. Flexichange instruments are designed to mitigate these factors through the provision of:

• Soft silicone handles, textured for grip and control• Hard tips that stay sharper for longer2

• Large diameter, round handles3 and• Appropriate weighting4.

These features combine to open the user’s grasp and decrease pinching, thereby increasing comfort and reducing the likelihood of repetitive strain injury.

Flexichange instruments can be purchased as a complete instrument or you can buy tips and handles separately. That means you can replace worn tips at a fraction of the cost of replacing the whole instrument, or you can create a unique range of colour coded instruments to match your own personal preferences.

The Flexichange range includes Diagnostic instruments, Periodontal instruments and Restorative instruments. Instruments are fully autoclavable, sealed to protect against cross infection, and are made to last.
