You can buy your equipment in Egypt, ship it to Chile, then move it to another job site in India, and your Encompass coverage will be continuous. Encompass travels anywhere Cummins authorized warranty service is available – and that’s virtually everywhere.* Excludes the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan and Syria.

Unlike post-warranty coverages offered by other diesel manufacturers, Encompass offers a choice of coverages with or without hourly limits. With Encompass unlimited plans, you’re covered for the duration – regardless of how many hours your engine puts in.

What Encompass Covers:

Encompass covers every engine component included under Cummins base warranty.* After three years (two years for 19L and larger), the following components and procedures are excluded:

Encompass Requirements:

Must be purchased within 18 months* or before expiration of base warranty, whichever occurs first from Date-In-Service (DIS).

Cummins recommended preventive maintenance procedures must be followed to qualify. See your Cummins Operation and Maintenance Manual for details.

Abuse, neglect, accidental damage or normal wear and tear are not covered.

All repairs under Encompass are to be performed by a Cummins distributor or full-service Cummins dealer.

Excessive oil consumption or blowby is not covered under this program.

A $200 USD deductible charge ($100 USD for B3.3/QSB3.3 engines, $300 USD for 19L and larger) per service visit is the responsibility of Encompass customers.

* There is a $400 USD administrative fee if the extended coverage is registered from 12-18 months.

(Maximum coverage for all engine models used in forestry/logging applications is three years/unlimited hours.)
