FLEET WITH DISPLAY AND VDI INTERFACE
OPTIMUM FOR FLEETSThe latest generation of Mobile Easykey features a display and intuitive menu navigation. The main focus of the development was the demand of fleet customers, requiring i.a. interaction with the operator.Compared to the modular product line, fleet is a fully configured „high-end module“, which includes almost all the features of the modular series. In addi-tion, it offers optional equipment.Integrated in this preconfigured module is of course the patented digital Crash Sensor Remote as well as the possibi-lities of data transmission via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth (3G and GPS optional).
The intelligent software MobileEasykey Manager manages all devices and modules – from smart to modular up to the new fleet.
VDI INTERFACECompletely new is the data commu-nication: For the first time it is possible for a manufacturer-independent system to receive data directly from forklifts or other devices via CAN bus. This is made possible by the so-called VDI interface, whose development was significantly supported by Mobile Easykey customers. Mobile Easykey is the first manufacturer to offer the VDI interface in one module!
DISPLAY AND KEYBOARDUsers see on display all the important in-formation at a glance – even in multiple languages.The clear key layout and intuitive menu navigation allow fast response.fleet is – like all Mobile Easykey modules – of high quality and has been designed for the demanding use in the company: for a long service life, which is generally longer than that of a forklift!
ACTIVE CALLFor the first time, the display also enables a modern call and informati-on system with multilingual text com-munication. A direct message can be sent from a PC, smartphone or tablet to the display. The selection of a sin-gle module is just as possible as that of a group. Automatic notifications can also be sent. For this purpose, an appropriate interface is available in the Mobile Easykey software. Active Call also supplements the software module Indoor Locator (see brochure „Accesso-ries, Software, Services“). Individual text
messages as well as noti fications of e.g. maintenance dates can be displayed. Through the integrated keyboard the driver can accept orders or confirm information.
DEPARTURE CONTROLWith fleet, an intelligent departure control can be programmed for a specific vehicle and according to individual customer requirements.Questions must then beanswered, e.g. alternating with “yes“ and “no“ to ensure that routineresponses do notundermine the senseof a departure control.
BATTERY MANAGEMENTbatcom digital is initially offered only for the module fleet. It transmits its data via Bluetooth to the Mobile Easykey module. There, the data is temporarily stored and transferred to the
Mobile Easykey software. Charging processes, charging state, electrolyte level, amount of electricity and tem-perature are recorded by the batcom digital. From this data, the Mobile Easykey software generates statistics and analyses, which can be configured ac-cording to individual needs: per forklift, per department, for the entire company or for forklift types.In addition, all relevant battery data (the complete charging and discharging circuit) are automatically recorded with each logbook entry (for example, crash, log-in, logout).Mobile Easykey and the new batcom digital optimise the handling of batteries and chargers and ensure a significantly longer service life.
