Proudfoot Poultry farm just North of Easingwold produce large outdoor reared fresh chickens. Their chickens grow larger than

commercially produced chickens as they roam outside and have a specially designed diet to help bone strength. This means

the meat develops more structure and flavour.

Chickens ~ ideal for carving for family Sunday dinners, sandwiches and salads, risottos, curries, pies and soups. Also produced

are artisan chicken products including:

Pies ~ chicken with herb or leek or mushroom or ham)

Pasties ~ jdeal for snacks, picnics or packed lunches

Pulled slow roasted chicken ~ with fresh herbs for customers to use in their own cooking e.g. stir fries, mexican or as filling for

jacket potatoes or sandwiches

Soup ~ made with fresh chicken stock.
