• The machine structure made bya base and top electro-weldedsteel plate, thermally treated forwelding stress and rigidly assem-bled and welded in order to obtaina very strong, complex and stablestructure during flanging.• The hydraulic system is composedof motor pump unit, oil tank equip-ped with filter (with anti-cloggingsignal), level gauge, thermostat,oil-water heat exchanger and groupof valves and solenoid valves for thecorrect machine operating andsafety. Hydraulic componentssupplied by: Bosch-Rexroth, Vic-kers or brand of similar quality.• Electrical system consisting ofmain cabin with power components,protection and electrical compo-nents are Siemens or similar qualitybrand.• Control panel positioned on themachine side to allow the operatorto see clearly the flanging area.Supplied with: starting key,emergency lights, joysticks andbuttons for the correct and com-plete machine working, eithermanually or automatically.

MANIPULATOR Model MHT

The MHT Manipulator is asupport combined to the pressfor dish-heads, hydraulicwith translating and rotatingmovements synchronizedwith the press piston.The movements can be si-multaneous or single andtheir logical sequence sets acycle to make dish-heads fortanks starting from metalsheet discs. All operations canbe performed and controlledby a single operator.
