LEAN TO

For the understated look, there’s a traditional Lean To conservatorywhich offers refreshingly clean lines.

The Lean To conservatory classically has a low pitched roof which makes it ideally suited to bungalows or houses restricted by height.

EDWARDIAN

The Edwardian conservatory offers an elegant look with strong sleeklines and gives maximum living space to any given area..

An Edwardian style conservatory maximises space. With its right angled corners providing a classical look it combines clean lines and finishing details that add an air of sophistication to the design.

The pitch of the roof can be altered to suit most situations, indeed where height restrictions applythe roof can incorporate a box gutter.


VICTORIAN

The Victorian conservatory is a classical English design, its beautifulfaceted layout will enhance the appearance and add a touch ofsplendour to your home.

Victorian style conservatories give a nostalgic appearance to any property. The design reflects adegree of ornateness associated with the turn of the century. This creates a truly classical effect whilst maintaining the practicality demanded by modern lifestyles.


BESPOKE

P & B SHAPES

The P or B shaped conservatory is a combination of both Lean To andeither Victorian, Edwardian or Gable Front style conservatories.

For larger homes, a P or B shaped conservatory continues the nostalgic appearance with enhanced internal accommodation. These designs mirror the architectural styling of many traditional homes, making it the obvious choice where space allows.By combining the style, shape and size, the configurations you can achieve are never ending.


GABLE

The Gable Front conservatory provides maximum living space for anyarea and it is completely adaptable to suit all house styles.

The Gable Front design is a variant on the popular Edwardian style, whilst maximising the available floor space, the gable front provides architectural style and increased height.

The addition of a gable frame allows you countless options to individualise your conservatory.

DUAL GLAZING BEADSFacilitates glazing of the roof structure,allowing panels to be installedindividually. More importantly, thesimplified structure of the glazing beadallows for thermal movement of glazingmaterials and prevents distortionassociated with foiled finishes.

BOX GUTTERUnique box gutter design allows for adirect external connection to standardPVC rainwater fittings, no requirementfor glazing tapes or sealing compounds.

WALL BAR FLASHINGIntegral lead channel in the wall barmeans that the flashing can be tuckedneatly into the spar and does not require dressing onto the glazing material itself.

PATENTED RIDGEA single ridge profile accomodatesglazing from 16mm to 35mm andpitches from 15 to 35 degrees.

PANEL SUPPORTPatented one piece panel supportseals the ends of the roof panels,secures them into the ring beam andalso provides draught proofing betweenthe roof spars. Completely eliminatesthe risk of the roof panels slipping after installation

CAD DESIGNOur state of the art design softwarecan be utilised to ensure compliancewith all structural requirements andcan also provide you with a scaleddrawing to help you visualise yourchosen design.


OPTIONS

FINISHESAs well as standard white, deeplas, rosewood andgolden oak finishes, the Space Conservatory RoofSystem is able to provide limitless colour and foiledoptions including the possibility of matching any RALnumber internally and externally.

GLAZING OPTIONSAll polycarbonate thicknesses from 16mm to 35mmcan be accomodated. The system has been designedto accept the more recent developments in highperformance energy saving insulated glass units,giving the customer more choice than ever before.

VENTILATIONCan be achieved by adding functional and attractiverooflights with a variety of opening mechanisms frommanual winders to electrically operated with climatecontrol.

LIGHTINGSpotlights installed to the ridge section of the roofcan add that final touch to any conservatory.
