to complete. We have combined successfully two completely diff erent software systems. The challenges, which had to be overcome in the beginning, were swiftly overcome and there-fore, two systems could be combined into one.

I would like to thank you for being so loyal during this time and for having continued to make together with us our company, the world champion in expansion among “social marketing” companies. All bookings were checked and reviewed in the main system. For this purpose, we had to stop the system for a few days in order to check the various programs. Please bear with us, if additional system optimizations will take place over the coming days. We would like to thank you expressly for your patience and for your continued commitment.

We are happy to report to you today that we have completed the server updates. As a result, commissions will again be set-tled swiftly and smoothly starting immediately. If your commis-sion statement has still any unexpected fi gures, then accord-ing to our experience late payments of license fees are often the cause for it.

Even if only one sales partner pays the license fee late, it caus-es a sort of domino eff ect, which aff ects all other payments.

It is possible that the team performer bonus was not achieved or because of the on-going incentives, the understanding about achieving the goal is diff erent.

Now, the commission is shown correctly and in real time in the backoffi ce and it can be transferred through the payout func-tion. However, if you still notice some inconsistencies during the next 7 days, then please get in touch with us.

The current point table to calculate commissions can be viewed in the backoffi ce. At the beginning of next week, you will experience a new support era. Each customer, each dealer and of course, you as sales partner will be able to track your support requests in a separate personal account and you will be able to comment the current status at any time.

Of course, we will have the fi rst information in our helpdesk and the fi rst use instructions are already integrated. Our goal is your satisfaction. It has taken some time but now it is even better.

As a very special highlight, we can inform you that starting Wednesday even your team performance bonus will be ready for payout. Because of the diff erent payment systems, the pay-out times had to be reviewed and this process is now com-pleted.

Even the customer bonus was well received by the GTM VIP. For this reason, we decided to extend the customer bonus for all previous GTM VIP by the month of November. So, just give many kisses for your Christmas bonus. You receive a bonus of € 50.00 for each GTM VIP customer of your direct downline.

3. Signifi cantly easier registration of FlexApp and FlexCall using the Smartphone

Currently, there is lots of work done on the Smartphone and nearly all transactions of the usual daily shopping can be done with it. However, during the past weeks there have been occa-sional diffi culties in the registration and use of the telecommu-nication function of the verifi cation of mobile phone numbers of our customers, which is mandated by law.

You will notice that these issues were caused by the technology transfer. Here, too, we are happy to inform you that all these issues have been rectifi ed.

We would like to apologize to you and your customers and we would like to provide you some general information to under-stand the application better.

If you still do not have an app but you would like to have

one

Currently, FlexKom works on all standard Smartphones with android or iOS operating systems. Another requirement is the possession of a valid mobile phone number through which you can receive SMS.

If you as a sales partner wish to create a FlexApp access, you must log into your backoffi ce. Directly after the login, you will see an overview with the option to verify your mobile phone number and therefore, to create an access.

From this point on, our technical assistant will lead you through the registration process. It is available in several languages.

How you create the PIN (only for users who were registe-

red prior to 10 October)

For security and data protection reasons, we have integrated an additional PIN verifi cation, which is active with the new up-

date of the app. If you do not have a PIN or you forgot your current PIN, you can create a pin at http://www.fl exkom.com/tf/customer/getpin. For this purpose, you only need your card number. Your new PIN will be sent to you by e-mail.

This is how you acquire new customers and sales partners

using the app

You can recruit new customers and sales partners through the QR codes in the area „settings“ and „recruit friends“. As sales partner, you are authorized to recruit additional sales partners and not only customers.

Depending whether you select customer or sales partner, you will be shown a QR code which must be scanned by your po-tential customer or sales partner.

The QR code can also be scanned with the FlexKom app. The login mask has a button labelled „Scan QR code“.

gister.

Please check your card and mobile phone number fi rst. Your card number and the stored mobile phone number are in your backoffi ce. Please ensure that you separate area code from phone number.

This is how you collect FlexMoney using the app

FlexMoney can only be collected in the app, if you are logged in. The account sheet has an orange-coloured button labelled „Scan QR code“. This is needed to collect FlexMoney for your purchases. You scan the QR code generated at the dealer.

Please note: Your purchases can be seen on the account sheet; however, your FlexMoney is only credited after the automatic settlement with the respective acceptance place is completed.

Important! What is going to change during the next 4 to 6

weeks! Please read carefully.

To simplify registration for new customers, we will adjust the forms and we will waive verifying the PIN during the fi rst step. This means that the FlexCall option is initially disabled. However, you have the possibility to activate the FlexCall function through your customer area. In addition, this means that in the future, you will log into the app without mobile phone number and only with the card number and PIN. Of course, we will keep you posted and informed prior to the switch.

4. Great pioneering spirit throughout all re-gions

The development of FlexKobi has started successfully in Aus-tria but mainly in the eastern regions of Germany. In only three weeks, more than 100 FlexKobis were successfully registered alone in the metropolitan area of Leipzig. There are some areas of Leipzig, where you can shop at more than 20 FlexKobi in only one shopping area and where you receive the „cash back“ bonus in form of FlexMoney.

Let‘s get full throttle ahead with us. Our company is very much aware that we as innovation world champion often have to deal with some rough start-up patches. All companies such as Apple, Google, Facebook, etc. that have had great success over the past decades, had also fi ght such problems during the start-up phase.

Particularly Apple, the fl agship of the Smartphone generation has shown us during the past weeks, when their update at-tempts failed, how diffi cult it is to work smoothly in this mar-ketplace.

We are even more pleased that we were able to achieve again record registrations for our success system during this month. This pioneering spirit is also noted by the events in various countries, which are already planned today.

The licensing seminars for RC and GTM in Belgium and The Netherlands will take place already in October. Then, we will begin developing dealers in the fi rst pilot regions.

In Paris, our president will defi ne the next step to prepare the offi cial launch in a workshop on 19 January 2014. These steps will be more detailed during a meeting the middle of Decem-ber and so we will experience a massive start-up campaign in January.

In the middle of October, the work of the FlexKom Academy and technical integration into the international system will be-gin in Turkey. During fi rst national meetings in November & December, we will pave the way for the operative success in Eastern Europe. Other Eastern European regions will start into phase 1 over the coming days.

The end of November, the existing sales partners in Kenya will be fi rmed up in a large meeting and the basis for the further expansion will be demonstrated.

During a power meeting, the previous success will be duly hon-oured in Trinidad. To have room for all participants, the largest hall of the country was leased for this purpose. Subsequently, the success story will be retold in a roadshow across the entire neighbouring regions.

Starting 1 November, you can use a turbo eff ect for your suc-cess. The innovative Sport & Charity Program managed by Dr. Stefan Kletsch & the FlexKom Academy starts its fi rst cam-paigns. These concepts allow you to gain easily additional customers in your communities and you will even climb higher on the career ladder because GTM will be assigned to some areas in your team.
