6' GREENMAR hereby covenants to deliver in favor of PHILHEALTH the goods/serv.icesbased on Annex..C', of this Conuact.
7' Completion-f th! delivery shall be undertaken by GREENMAR as stated in Annex .08,,(Schedule of Requirements) of this Contract.
For the delivery to and accePtance by PHILHEALTH of the finished and installed two (2)lots of compactor/mobile storage system and upon submission of GREENMAR of theSTATEMENT oF BILLING Ac-couNr an'd other documentaqr requirements as maybe requited by PHILHEALTH, th^e^ latter
thall pay, within fifteen (ts; wort ing days, thesum represe]ting ninety percent (90W of that slaied in the invoice/stat.-".,i of billingaccount or the correspondins Pn_c_e_9f the two (2) lots of compactor/mobile storage ,yr,.ridelivered to and accepted by pHILHEALTH.
PHILHEALTH shall hold the ten percent (10%) of the Conttact Price as retentionmoney or as obligation for ttWartanty". Said amount shall only be released after the lapseof the five (5) year warranty period for non-expendable srppli", as requited under Section62 (Vtarcanty) of the Revised IRR of RA 9184; Provided, howei,er, that the goodssupplied are free from latent and patent defects and all the conditions imposed unde-r thisContract have been fully met; Provided, fufther, that GREENMAR may opt to post aspecial bank
-guarant-ee equivalent to at least ten percent (10%) of the total contractprice. The said special bank guarantee must have
