1. Headrest (HR1) - Available on all INTRO models, the addition of an adjustable headrest supports the user in reclined positions, relieving stress within the neck muscles.
2. Inflatable Thoracic Support (ITC) - By using the hand pump this can easily be inflated or deflated as required.
3. Inflatable Lumbar Support (IL) - By using the hand pump this can easily be inflated or deflated as required.
4. Adjustable Arms - a. Height Adjustable (ADJ1) b. Height & Depth Adjustable (ADJ3)c. Foldaway Height Adjustable (AF01) d. Multi-Functional Arms (AMF)
5. Coccyx Cut-Out (CC) - Maximises comfort by relieving pressure on injured or bruised coccyx areas.
6. Performance Seat Foam (PF) - Pressure sensitive to mould to the user’s seated position.
7. Air-Flo Seat cell (AIR) - Air-flo enhances support and follows natural body movements with the continual distribution of air between the dual capsules contained within the seat upholstery.
8. Seat Slide (SL) - Allows the user to increase seat depth to optimise comfort and support.
9. Polished Base (AB) - Adds design, recommended for users in excess of 115kg.

The positioning of the backrest in relation to the seat has the effect of minimising initial seat depth for the smaller user.
By extending the seat by up to 75mm and extending the height of the adjustable backrests we create a single product concept
suitable for all users of differing sizes, shapes and heights.

All chair adjustments are on the same side. One simple control adjusts the 2:1 ratio synchronised movement, single revolution body tension control and seat height adjustment. Three position seat angle adjustment of 0 degrees, 2.5 degrees and 5 degrees is activated by a simple lift-up lever.Seat depth adjustment of 75mm by a simple telescopic hand wheel.The result... the removal of the complexity and confusion of multi-adjustment.

A combination of seat and forward tilt option can lead to increased core muscle activity which enables sections on the lower spine to be set in motion. This creates a positive effect in promoting healthy, dynamic seating.

GuaranteeFor 8 hour per day use all models carry a full 5 year structural guarantee with 2 years on moving parts and upholstery.
For 24 hour per day use a 2 year structural guarantee applies. These guarantees exclude unfair wear and tear and damage or failure
caused by misuse. All gas lifts are suitable for users up to 150 kg.
