FIXED ODDS LIABILITY Q&A1. Is liability management stifling retailer commission by knocking back bets?• There is a common misconception in the network that all rejected bets are

a product of individual customer liability management. In most instances, Fixed odds bets are rejected as the total company liability is reached and simply trying again after approx 10 seconds or calling the bet hotline will see these total business liabilities re set.

the same amount refused in Retail? • Venues are managed to limit exposure to particular known customers.

• As per above, if a customer is trying to place a bet with you and you are aware that this is not the customer being managed, contact the big bet line who will be able to assist you.

• By helping to identify the individual customers who are not commerically viable you can help prevent your whole venue from being managed.

• Our NRL and AFL H2H and line are bet to 104%. We are market leaders when it comes to those sports.

• With the release of Fixed Odds Expansion customers will now be sharing in a product offering that matches our competition with product and price.

4. Does Luxbet ‘poach’ TAB customers?

• We are bound by stringent rules preventing the sharing of customer information. Customer data is our number one asset as a business. TAB has no plans to share this data with Luxbet.

FIXED ODDS LIABILITY ADVICE• When dealing with customers that you know are not commercially viable

to TAB, phone the large Fixed Odds line and inform the bookmakers that the customers are in your outlet. (02) 9218-1637 - Sport, (02) 9218-1641 - Racing.

• TAB’s bookmakers will give you advice on how to handle the situation and will monitor your venue, so that your entire customer base is not affected.

• If you have another customer wanting to place a large bet and you have this knowledge prior, phone the large bet line and advise them of the intended bet so they can do their best to get you set.

• If you have a high value customer and you know their identity and any facts about them, advise the Fixed Odds staff of these details.

• If the Eurkea/RWT isn’t accepting a bet, always phone the large Fixed Odds line. Nearly always it will be resolved by the Fixed Odds staff within seconds.
