(5) The Company operates in Two Business Segment i.e. Comodity Trading Business and Finance Business Activities. Business segment has been identified as separable primary segment in accordance with Accounting Standard 17 'Segment Reporting' as prescribed under Companies (Accounting Standards) Rules, 2006, taking into Account the organizational and internal reporting structure as well as evaluation of risk and return of this segment.
