We where asked to help with developing the Skipton Guernsey logo to Skipton International.

We had to keep in-line with Skipton Building Society brand, but give it its own individual look, feel, fonts and colour.

To create a marketing communications and brand strategy for Ark that would reposition the midland based organisation as future facing, equipped to deal with the many new challenges of facing the social housing sector.

Based on better communication of the organisation 5 core functions, the strategy, collectively presented the association as ‘leading edge’ through its ability to deliver a comprehensive range of services to tenants, leaseholders and stakeholders alike.

Commissioned to develop a coherent brand strategy for Peter Grant Papers that would allow the company to compete more effectively in a very competitive market.

Whilst the new brand and communications strategy are still being rolled out, the company has experienced a 15% growth in sales activity for the same period last year.

Five Talents were commissioned to come up with the design and production of the Jet2Holidays catalogue, making it easy to use and appealing to everyone from 18-85 in the UK and Europe.

Both online and offline media were utilised to ensure Jet2Holidays reached their target audience.

Briefed to produce a ‘magalogue’ (a mix between a magazine and brochure). The look and feel had to be clean and fresh whilst also conveying the offers and prices.

The end result was a piece of literature that was very sales orientated yet extremely flickable.

After winning a pitch to Holiday Cottages Group, we where asked to develop the Cottages4You brand and give it a modern contempoary feel. Then apply this approach to the Cottages4You brochure.

The brochure needed to be informative as well as selling holiday cottages. This was done by bringing in ‘hidden gems’ section. These are well kept secrets ranging from properties, places to eat and things to see and do.

For this project we were asked to produce a variety of DM pieces to raise awareness and support the other marketing materials such as brochures and advertising, whilst following through with branding

guides. Bright and colourful, key sales messages and call to action ensured this DM was a success from the start.

The brief was to increase foot fall into the town centre of Coventry, by putting on events. With the proposition being ‘Coventry, the city <line break> centre for events.’ Although no photography was available we decided to do a typographical execution, where the type face took on the meaning/feeling of the word.

To create a campaign that would promote a dog food that is made from 55% fish.

This ingredient helps to give the dog a well balanced daily diet and all the vitamins and minerals needed, no matter what type of dog.

We where approached by Blackburn College to help them with their brand positioning, enrollment campaign and college prospectus.

The positioning line ‘Be who you want to be’ was used as it decide upon that this encompasses the

whole reason for further education. Be it helping you on the road to your future career, growing you in your current profession or simply giving you the opportunity to do something that you have always wanted to do, Blackburn College can help you achieve this.

We where approached by Blackburn College to help them with their brand positioning, enrollment campaign and college prospectus.

One of the prospectuses we where asked to do was for the part-time courses. We called it ‘Prospect’,

as it was mainly aimed at mature students to give them the opportunity to achieve something that you have always wanted to do, whether it’s a change in direction career wise or just for fun. Blackburn College can help you achieve this.

To design and produce their annual report for 2007. MHA is a ‘not-for-profit’ organisation, providing affordable housing across the West Midlands. The concept was to show people unpacking their favourite items/belongings in their new home, demonstrating it is the people that make MHA a success.

To produce their annual A5 programme, outlining events and special days at Leeds Royal Armouries. Whilst trying to get across that the Armouries is not just suits of armour, but shows all aspects of war from all over the world.

Five Talents were asked to provide a new creative approach to coincide with Wolves FC 2009/2010 kit launch. With the aim of promoting the new kit to Wolves’ family and ‘die hard fan base’ our work included the development of in-store promotions,

direct mail and online marketing. Additional to the promotion of the new seasons kit, we provided campaign ideas involving the return of the previous seasons kits - ‘Wolves 4 Africa’.

For this project we were asked to produce a piece of DM to raise awareness within large companies that Capital Bank could invest their money, and give them a better return than other banks. We created a concept using Van Goghs Sunflowers

that illustrates something with no value at a certain time, can change and so increases in worth.

The total budget for this project was £25k. It made in excess of £54 million.

A piece of direct mail was need to promote Kemira’s MultiCut Sulphur fertiliser. The product gives an even distribution to the soil, giving it all ingredients needed for a strong and successful crop. So the concept of a pop-out mailer was

chosen as the solution, it would be impactful and grab the farmers attention to the ‘even spread’.

Yorkshire’s regional brewer Daleside were looking for an agency to help them develop their branded speciality beers in both the trade and retail markets. Daleside bitter became one

of their most successful brands to date, sitting alongside better know brands at the pumps, with Blonde becoming a best seller in many retail outlets.

To design the packaging and identity for Goodfella’s to target consumers in the pizza marketplace. The examples shown here are the ‘Deeply Delicious’ aimed at the family/teenagers. And the ‘Signatore’, a chilled pizza aimed at the higher end of the market, to rival Pizza Express.

Based in Leeds, Bradford, Yeadon and Pudsey, Morrish Solicitors LLP are one of the UK’s leading Trade Union lawyers, acting for clients such as Unite, TUC, TSSA, T&G and ATL.

Five Talents’ latest involvement was rebranding the firm to promote their recent growth and re-

structuring. From local press advertising through to web, exhibition and corporate Identity, we re-vitalised all aspects of the firms promotional and marketing materials. In addition we were called upon to advise on the firms on and offline marketing strategies for the next 12 months.

Tasked to position Barhale as one of the UK’s leading civil engineering companies. We were asked firstly to produce a new company brochure, followed by the website. The whole look and feel needed to be a dynamic piece, to be used as a new business tool which will show off the many talents that Barhale possess.

Approached by WAC to design a new website that would be heavily information driven, easy to update, simple to use, secure to book through, change monthly/quarterly visually, not forgetting to have a clean well designed feel.
