Five Star Clamps, a division of Five Star Manufacturing, Inc., began operations in 1987 in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois.  The family owned company was established to service nearly 50 different industries worldwide with quality procedures that were established to meet military standards.  All of our clamps are made in the USA. We specialize in heavy duty t-bolt band clamps and v-clamps for the heavy truck industry, and we have supplied our high quality clamps for companies such as Caterpillar, Cummins, Kohler, and CNH for many years. Quality is Key!

Our quality department has full dimensional inspection capability, utilizing unique inspection lasers and optical comparators, along with point of operation and process control procedures. Our quality department has the ability to perform PPAP’s to support your needs, and our quality measuring equipment is SPC capable. We have a statistical software package that enables us to supply certifications and graphs in any required format.
