when you’re busy with projects. Sad to say, this approach won't apply to staff who don't
have their personal office and that's why they must depend upon their list of goals.
Tip #4: Have breaks through the day
The brain could only process so much. Once you overwhelm it, you will have trouble with
how to improve concentration. In order to alleviate the stress off your mind, don't forget to
take breaks in between tasks. In addition, you can have quick fifteen-minute power naps to
keep your focus clear.
Tip #5: Study the skill of self awareness and never allow yourself to get disturbed
Mindfulness is the act of inserting all of your attention in just one task. When you're
mindful, you are able to blocking disturbances. If you find yourself thinking about
unrelated errands, just record them and resume your current task. Postponing
unimportant and irrelevant tasks can help you concentrate your whole attention on one
endeavor at a time.
