If the mattresses or pillows are made with foam (memory foam, HR foam, synthetic latex, etc.), they turn yellow, develop a foul odor, rot away and decompose, and end up losing all their comfort features.

TENCELTM is a 100% natural origin fiber derived from eucalyptus wood.

Thanks to our partnership with the company Lenzing— the manufacturer of TENCELTM— and the company Smartfiber, we have developed the only 100% natural origin fabric with cosmetic properties which removes bad odors thanks to the zinc oxide (ZnO) found on the fabric. This product innovation is exclusive worldwide. All these properties are permanent and will not go away after repeated washing.

Using an exclusive thousand-point laminating system, the fabric is laminated onto a technical polyurethane membrane that is waterproof, breathable, and bi-elastic. The membrane acts like a second skin, doesn’t let liquids seep through, and is completely breathable. Its bi-elasticity and thinness makes it completely unnoticeable.

THERMOREGULATING

The fact that it does not retain moisture makes it a thermoregulating fiber, which is cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

BSensible® consists of a highly elastic knit fabric and we laminate it onto an equally elastic membrane using an exclusive system. The materials used and the lamination system enable us to obtain a fabric that is elastic on both sides. It perfectly adapts to the product it protects.

RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH DERMATOLOGICAL AND RESPIRATORY ALLERGIES

A fabric that absorbs and retains moisture is ideal for organisms growth causing dermatological allergies. Since TENCELTM is a quick-drying fabric, these organisms cannot survive in it.

In addition, the thin membrane acts as a dust mite proof barrier, preventing us from inhaling the dust mites droppings which cause respiratory allergies.

BSensible® has received the Seal of Approval from the British Allergy Foundation for the reduction of exposure to dust mites, fungi and allergens.

SUSTAINABLE AND RESPECTFUL TOWARDS THE ENVIRONMENT

The manufacturing process of both the fabric and the finished product is respectful towards the environment.

MACHINE WASHABLE AND DRYABLE

All our fabrics can be washed up to 90º for whites and up to 60º for colors. All of them are machine dryable.

It is forbidden: the use of bleach and solvents, ironing, dry cleaning.

European OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 - Class 1 certification.

PRODUCTS NOT HARMFUL TO HEALTH

Both the materials used and the manufacturing process are not harmful for people. Moreover, the BSensible® products have the most stringent OEKO-TEX® certifications, making them suitable for baby use.

Bedding Industrial Begudà is a company of the Mitsa Group, with more than 30 years of experience in the manufacture of technical fabrics and finished products for mattress and pillow protection.

At present, we are the only group in Europe with a completely vertical manufacturing process. It begins in our fabric knitting department and continues in the dyeing, bleaching, laminating, and sewing departments for the different product ranges.
