How We Do This

The Fitstop Formula

High intensity, high heart rate, high calorie burn. Fit classes combine resistance training, body weight exercises and running to put your overall fitness to the test. Expect a challenge, but after 45 minutes of hard work, the feeling of achievement and the endorphin rush is worth it!

Fit

Start off slow and controlled by developing strength, power and skills with full body movements using barbells, dumbbells, dead balls and kettlebells. Finish it off by going hard and fast! Spike your heart rate with a full body, high intensity, low impact burner!

Fast

Lift heavy, strive for progression, focus on form and technique. Our functional sessions combine compound movements using major muscle groups with isolation exercises to help promote muscle gain and overall strength!

The Fitstop AppThe Fitstop app is built for a member’s individual location. The app is designed to educate and connect people who want to get fit, stay fit and find fit. Members can follow their results and receive updates relevant for their Fitstop location. This practical app allows members to easily view the class timetable, book into group classes and organise their weeks by booking seven days in advance. The app allows franchise partners to schedule the classes at their gym, organise trainers and monitor their members.

Education PortalThe Fitstop Education portal provides franchise partners with all the franchise information they need to build and maintain a successful Fitstop. This portal includes everything from how to open their facility, membership sales, the Fitstop product, recruitment structure, social media guidelines, plus much more. With over 250 hours of video content available 24/7, this is a franchise partner’s bible to growth and success.

Induction PortalThe Fitstop Induction portal equips our new franchise partners with the skills and knowledge to run a successful Fitstop. Our Induction portal is structured to give our partners the best chance for success. The portal holds information about our goals, mission and values, systems, our product and business strategy to fast track franchisee success.

Finding the right location is an important part of the process in the start of your journey at Fitstop. This is why we work with an experienced team, that have established networks across the country, who will find the best location in your selected territory.

How is your training better than others?

We have the trademarked Fitstop Formula; combining our Fit, Fast and Functional group training sessions to provide progressive training to our members. Our training style is complimented by our online nutrition portal created by our in-house dietician, our Refine You 6 Week Challenge and a supportive community and group environment like no other, ensuring progression and sustainable results. The Fitstop Formula incorporates high intensity training with slow and progressive strength training to maximise results for our members. The Fitstop Formula suggests that you should do at least one Fit, one Fast, and one Functional session a week to reach your full potential.

For all of the help you provide, it must be expensive?

Traditionally, a personal business coach and advisory alone can be anywhere between $50,000-100,000 per annum. At Fitstop, we recognise that investing in you as business owners is the best investment we can make. We invest in world-class advisors and business mentors, partnered with on-the-ground support officers in each state, to ensure that your business is successful.

How do I get members?

Due to our scalable systems and systemised training model, you will only have to manage one or two trainers. With the use of systems and e-learning platform, your trainers will be schooled on the Fitstop way, which includes everything from membership sales to member retention, understanding the Fitstop Formula and even housekeeping expectations such as gym cleanliness. We ensure that managing a team and their performance is a priority for all of our locations.

There is a lot to learn, how will I do it?

We have generated scalable systems to ensure that you are always continually growing and learning for your business. We have created a dedicated e-learning platform to ensure that each Franchise Partner will learn each aspect of a successful business. With monthly business advisory days, our wide network of franchise partners and support officers, you will always be supported to ensure successful learning.

Is the support on-going?

Support is vital at all times of your business growth, not just at the start. Our key difference for Franchise Partners is that no matter how long you have been open, there will be support for you. Our Franchise Model is successful because of the consistent support we give to our franchise partners.
