1 OF ALL the Chinese noodle dishes, the Fish-Head Noodle (Yu Tau Mai) is one of the most extraordinary. It stands out because of its ingredients – salted vegetables, deep fried fish head, tomatoes and condensed milk. Fish Head Noodles are basically based on what the Cantonese call Ham Choy Tong which means Salted Vegetable Soup. The broth is boiled from the fish bones with ginger and milk, and then the fish meat would be deep fried separately before being added into the soup along with everything else, depending on variations. You can find Fish Head Noodles in many places in Malaysia but it's a little more special in KL because they add evaporated milk to the soup.

Try to get to the restaurant earlier as it tends to get rather crowded.

If you do get there late, you will probably have to wait for tables to

be free.

This is a real good place to try out their fish head noodles. Must

come and try!

It is hearty, and it won’t put a hole in your pocket
