what is it?
Within the first few minutes of meeting you for the first
time, clients will make assumptions about you — your level of expertise, success, education and knowledge.
Most will form opinions before you utter a single word, just based on how you look. And if that first impression goes wrong, you will have to work much harder to establish credibility.
First Impressions is about achieving a presence that speaks well of you. This one-hour, self-directed, eLearning course provides a practical introduction to professional dressing.

• Employees who have been promoted and must acquire a more professional wardrobe.
• Managers who want to point employees to guidelines of appropriate dress.
• Non-conforming employees. Managers can effectively manage dress-code conflict by requiring everyone in the department to take the course so there is a common understanding of the basic guidelines for business attire.
