• GN PPM MAA is 93.71% against a target of 93.35%.
• PPM remains high, and has improved by 0.08% from last year’s MAA figure of 95.38% - this would be
higher were it not for snow in period 12.

Fares – January 2010
• Regulated fares will be reduced by 0.4%
• However, due to rounding to the nearest 10p,
some fares will not change
• The vast majority of unregulated fares will
remain unchanged
• Car park charges under review – 2.5% VAT
increase from 1 January
December timetable – some good
• Three new morning peak hour FCC services
direct from Sutton via Carshalton, Hackbridge,
Mitcham Junction and Mitcham Eastfields to
central London stations, including St Pancras
International.
• Two additional evening peak hour trains from
Bedford to Brighton via Elephant & Castle, which
will benefit customers at St Pancras Int,
Farringdon, City Thameslink and Blackfriars.
December timetable – some not so good
• Four fewer evening peak hour trains from
London Bridge to Brighton (diverted away via
Crystal Palace) and
• One less evening peak hour train from London
Bridge to Bedford
• Not possible because of new timetables for
Southeastern and Southern
• Dictated by their franchise agreements
