Getting Started

To register, each participant must complete the following steps:

Step 1: Go to www.celebrationconcerttours.com, click on the green “Get Started” button. Then go to “New York Worship Celebration” and click on the green “Book Tour” button. Select your Occupancy, Extension, and Payment Plan. Read and agree to Registrant Agreement by signing with your initials. ***If you are taking advantage of an early registration discount, please enter your discount code in the appropriate box. See Registrant Agreement for discount code.***

Step 2: Create an account or sign into your existing account. Each participant will need their own email address for correspondence.

Step 3: If you are creating a new account, create a password and enter your contact information. If you signed into your existing account, you will skip steps 3 and 4.

Step 4: Enter the information about your choir, passport, emergency contact, medical conditions, insurance, etc. If you do not know this information, you may enter it later.

Step 5: Select your payment method. For cash and check, you will submit the payment offline to Celebration Concert Tours' office. For credit card, go to step 6.

Step 6: Review your booking information and enter your credit information. You will have the ability to change your payment plan when you login to your account. Confirm and submit order. Celebration Concert Tours will contact you to set up the trip.

Note: Deposit is required to complete your registration.

This agreement is made between Celebration Concert Tours International (CCT) and the undersigned Registrant for the above mentioned tour. Registrant voluntarily assumes all hazards and risks, including the risk of illness, disease, bodily injury, death and loss of property that may be encountered by Registrant as the result of participation in the tour. Registrant holds CCT harmless from all claims, liabilities, debts, demands or obligations of any kind which arise from or are related to the tour. Registrant’s signature below signifies acceptance of this agreement.
