Introduction:
Tolmar is existing company with existing production output of various airsoft products. In 2013we started to obtain licenses from real arms manufacturers for having the right to produceairsoft models based on the original designs. In the last 3 years we produced several newlicensed models and where successfully accepted by the market as we had repeat orders fromour clients. Currently Tolmar is holding several exclusive worldwide licenses and in future weplan to obtain more agreements. Company Tolmar d.o.o. is in the market of production oflicensed Airsoft products now for 4 years company already generate revenue and is profitableeach year since of its founding. Tolmar was founded in 2007 as airsoft retail business and itevolved in this time from retailer to wholesaler and finally producer and license holder.

LocationOur company is located in Grosuplje that is 15 km from main capital of Ljubljana . Location ofour facility is very strategically located as we have port of Koper at 90 km away from us and alsowe are in the middle of East and West and central Europe. We use this advantage very well aswe can be very competitive with shipment charges to all Europe. Slovenia business environmentis stable and cost effective Our costs of living in Slovenia is low with average salary is 1620 EUR.The taxation of company profit is fixed at 19% .
Hours of OperationWe are working 5 days a week from 9am to 5pm
Products and ServicesWe are producing licensed airsoft and airgun products and also all the equipment for it. We willlike to expand to outdoor clothing and everything relative to shooting sports.
SuppliersWe had previously suppliers from Europe when we deal the retail and wholesale. Now weproduce the products in Taiwan , Hong Kong and China. We do select various producers toensure the diversity and spread of production. For all our products we usually also publish onbox the actual producer of replica as many airsoft users prefer to know the producer.

ManagementRobert Rupnik is the sole CEO and Manager in the company. He have 17 years� experience in salesof Airsoft and airguns. In 2000 he was employed in Slovenian Hunting company where he wasSales manager. In 2004 he joined the international corporation Cybergun S.A. from France wherehe was the Manager of subsidiary firm for East Europe market. He left the company in 2010 andjoined existing company Tolmar and started to develop it from retailer to licensor of products. Incompany we have also sales team in place. We have also Italian team in place with 2 salesrepresentatives.
Financial ManagementWe hire external accounting and financial advisory firm that is in charge of complete book keepingand accounting. The company is registered member of account association of Sloveniagovernment tax office. All payment in company is done by CEO personally.
DistributionCompany Tolmar has already established distribution channels in many countries like; USA, Italy,Germany, UK, France, Austria, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic and many others. We are constantlyadding new distributors to our growing list.
Keys to SuccessThe main important key is the licensing of products. That allow us to be the only company tocontrol certain products in the whole market.

Project overview
Why crypto asset token?
TOLMAR asset token is the first crypto backed airsoft company investment scheme. Thenumber of token shares issued of the Tolmar token asset will be 20.000.000 (twenty million),and will represent 100% of complete company holdings.
The ICO offering will consist of 10.000.000 token shares and it represent 50% of the companyTolmar d.o.o. Other 50% of Tolmar tokens shares will be held by current owner and CEO andwill not been available in the market.
The goal of Tolmar asset token share is to obtain funding to finish all licensed airsoft projectsand to preserve and increase value of each shares. The investments must therefore be longterm, relatively safe, yield the most profit and be augmentable by speculation.
The creation of Tolmar token, a cryptoasset that represents half of the profit creates a way forinvestors to benefit from sales of products in international markets. Everybody can participatewith small amount. It avoids its potential downside by employing scarcity (the number ofTolmar token is limited), guaranteeing a minimal value through its use (Tolmar tokens will beused to buy products directly from Tolmar and Tolmar tokens can be used as payment inTolmar B2C. 1 TOLMAR: 0,08 USD or higher when recapitalized).
The transparency and speed of crypto will enable the investment owners to see all theeconomic activity. All Tolmar token owners will have the rights to vote in different companymatters on trial base. Owners of tokens will be able to monitor all the transactions and profitcreation of each reporting period. Half of the profit from the sales of products will bereinvested in the growth of the new projects and the second half will be used to benefit ownersat the time of holding the tokens.

The profit will be distributed to token holders each year at date and time:
5th of April for results from January to end Of March
5th of July for results from April to end of June
5th of October for results from July to end of September
5th of January for results from October to end of December.
The time of verify of token holding is 12.00 UTC at the dates described above for each period.
The dividend is distributed in BTS (BITSHARES) only. The profit for dividends will be changed
from EUR to BTS at time of dividend distribution.

Target profit:
The first dividend distribution is targeted at 48.000 EUR for ICO token holders.
The example of profit for ICO token holders:
Investor holds 25000 TOLMAR token assets valued at time of ICO of 0,08 USD total 2000,00 USD thetargeted dividend for first trial will be 1150 BTS valued at time of ICO 92,00 USD.The first targeteddividend is based only on two models to be completed and released to the market if all productsreleased the dividend will increase. When 10% of tokens will be sold at ICO the production of firstmodel will start accordingly.
IMPORTANT :The profit in the company that will be distributed to token holder will be distributedonly to investors and NOT to owner and CEO. So to clarify only the 10.000.000 token offered by theowner to the market will have the right of dividend . This limitation will end with start of businessyear 2021. After initial 3 years owner and CEO will have same benefits as investors.
The ICO funds cap is determined by the costs required for all (14) airsoft projects finished and allthe funds will be used for this purpose only. The low ICO ratio, determined by costs, along with theabsence of rewards for developers and marketing, make it an excellent opportunity for investment,that will benefit investors from the start of the project, and keep benefiting with the profits of thegrowth of the projects as sales will increase with adding new models on regular basis.
The initial goal of the project is to secure enough funds to produce all new licensed products but thecompletion of first 4 new models is based on 20% sale of ICO tokens in due end of January andrelease date in February.

Production and timetable:
One of first steps after ICO, will be to implement in existing B2B ordering system the B2C fordirect sale of models to public. The B2C will have included payment option withCrypto currencies. The B2C shopping cart will be implemented until 31th December 2017

Important note:
The ICO sale of TOLMAR token has no time limit. It will be concluded and finished when all 10.000.000 token shares will be sold. Production of first model starts after 10% of offered tokens will be sold. Dividend is distributed based on token sold. For example if only 35% of token sold at
time of first dividend distribution. The 35% of profit will be distributed. One TOLMAR token is considered one share in the company and will be registered as
such if more than 10% of tokens will be sold. Further instructions of the process willfollow.
All investor token buyers will have the right to receive each 3 months trial report of Tolmar d.o.o. balance sheet and profit statement and project progress and sales. Investor token buyers will have the right to know the production cost of each model , margin policy and price setup for Token owners , wholesalers and retail pricing . To execute this right the investor token buyer will have to sign a non disclosure agreement as such information represent important competitive value and subject to secrecy.
