Objetivos y estructura del documento
Este documento tiene como objetivo apoyar a los proveedores que participan en
licitaciones digitales durante las actividades en Sourcing Tender System
En las próximas fases se detallará:
› Recibimiento de RFI firmada digitalmente
› Envío de Ofertas Económicas firmadas digitalmente
› Envío de copia de contrato firmado digitalmente
Para cada fase, el documento informa los pasos operativos y las capturas de pantalla
relacionadas del sistema

Después de acceder a WeBUY, el proveedor puede encontrar un bloque llamado Iniciar sesión en otros sistemas donde se puede
encontrar el enlace para ingresar en Ariba Sourcing. Al hacer clic en él, se pueden consultar los eventos de licitación activos a los que
se ha invitado al proveedor

En la página "Información de RFX" es posible descargar y examinar el documento RFI (1)
firmado digitalmente por el representante de Enel.
Al hacer clic en "Preparar respuesta" (2), el proveedor puede insertar la información
requerida por el comprador para evaluar la idoneidad de la empresa para participar en las
próximas fases de licitación

En la página "Información de RFX" es posible ver la información insertada y/o requerida por el comprador
relacionada con la oferta económica. Al hacer clic en "Preparar respuesta" (1), el proveedor puede insertar en el
sistema su documento de oferta económica y verificar si la firma digital es obligatoria u opcional (2). Al hacer clic
en el botón "Examinar" (3), el sistema permite al proveedor buscar y enviar el documento de oferta económica
previamente firmado digitalmente.
