Mounting the Light with the Magnet
LIGHT COULD FALL OFF–Magnetic mounting provides a temporary mounting method for most installations. However, it is not intended for use on a moving vehicle. Moving the vehicle with the light mounting via the magnet could cause the light to fall off of the vehicle causing injury or damage.

CRAZING/CHEMICALS–Cracked, crazed, or faded domes or reflectors reduce the light output and the effectiveness of the lighting system. Domes or reflectors showing this kind of aging must be replaced. Failure to follow this warning may cause bodily injury or death.
CRAZING/CLEANING SOLUTIONS—The use of cleaning solutions, such as strong detergents, solvents, and petroleum products, can cause crazing (hairline cracks) of the dome and reflector. To clean the reflector, use a soft, damp cloth. To clean the dome, use a soft cloth and a solution of water and a mild detergent. Failure to follow this warning can damage them, reducing the effectiveness of the lighting system, which may result in injury or death.

LIGHT HAZARDS—To be an effective warning device, an emergency warning system produces bright light that can be hazardous to your eyesight when viewed at a close range. Do not stare directly into the lights at a close range or permanent damage to your eyesight may occur.
HANDLE HALOGEN LAMP CAREFULLY—Halogen lamps get hot enough to burn you. Always allow the lamps to cool before handling it. Halogen lamps are also pressurized and if broken can result in flying glass. Always wear gloves and eye protection when handling the lamp. Failure to follow this caution may result in personal injury.
Models FB3SM, FB3COMP, and FB4SM16
■ Installation and Maintenance Manual
DO NOT TOUCH HALOGEN LAMP WITH BARE HANDS—Oil deposits on the glass portion of the halogen lamp can cause the glass to fracture during use. If you are unsure if the glass has been handled without gloves, clean the glass using a soft cloth and isopropyl alcohol before installing the lamp.

SOUND HAZARD—All effective sirens and horns produce loud sounds (120 dB) that may cause permanent hearing loss. Always minimize your exposure to siren sound and wear hearing protection. Do not sound the siren indoors or in enclosed areas where you and others will be exposed to the sound.
LIGHT HAZARDS—To be an effective warning device, an emergency warning system produces bright light that can be hazardous to your eyesight when viewed at a close range. Do not stare directly into the lights at a close range or permanent damage to your eyesight may occur.
