Any firearm being sent to Black Gun Tactical without this information is subject to be returned to the sender at BGT management’s discretion. BGT assumes no responsibility for support, warranty or tracking information on firearms not purchased from us. Firearm Transfer From Another FFL to Black Gun Tactical _____ 1) Purchase your firearm. _____ 2) Email us at ([email protected] ) 1) Your contact info including a good photo of your Drivers License AND current address . 2) The seller’s contact info (including email address) 3) The information of the transaction/purchase. When we receive this email from you we will exchange information with the seller and confirm the communication with you. When the firearm(s) arrive we will run your CBI background check and then contact you to come over for the transfer. At our location you will be required to complete the ATF Form 4473 (background check) & sign. This usually take about 5 minutes to complete. _____ 3) We charge $35 for the CBI Background check fee. ($35 total for 1 gun, and $20 for each additional gun on the same CBI Ck) _____ 4) Take possession of your firearm. **Once payment is made and all forms are completed and approved! Firearm Transfer From BGT to Another Federal Firearms License (FFL) _____ 1) Provide BGT with the firearm. ** Firearm must NOT be loaded and action should be open. _____ 2) Provide a copy of your driver’s license to BGT. _____ 3) Provide recipient FFL’s phone # or email address to BGT. _____ 4) Provide BGT recipient person’s name and phone #. _____ 5) Pay FFL transfer fee to BGT. **Cost – Handgun(s) / Rifle(s) $20 ea. Shipping & insurance extra! **Please note that we do not stock boxes for the purpose of shipping firearms. If you need us to box the firearm for shipping, the ship date will depend on our receipt of appropriate packaging from another inbound shipment. Shipping prices are subject to change when carriers change rates. Frequently Asked Questions: ! Why am I not able to obtain a copy of BGT’s FFL on behalf of the other FFL? o For security reasons, we do not supply our FFL to anyone other that another FFL or government agency. ! Why did BGT not call me when my transfer was ready for pickup? o Often times the shipping FFL will not provide us with your contact info, so we are unable to contact the customer. If you have a gun coming to us please be kind and notify us via email to [email protected] ! Why does my firearm show delivered on my tracking document, but BGT does not have it ready? o It sometimes takes up to 24 hrs for us to process the transfer. ! Why does my tracking document reflect delivery of my firearm to BGT. But, BGT is refusing to complete the transfer? o Often times the shipping FFL will not provide ATF required documentation with the firearm. We will not transfer any firearm without proper documentation (Transfer requirements: shipping FFL’s license, recipient name, phone # and firearm being transferred – information MUST be supplied by the shipping FFL) ! How am I able to obtain my firearm if BGT has not received appropriate documentation from the shipping FFL? o Contact the Seller to see if all required paperwork was included with the shipment. If the shipping FFL refuses, or is unable, to provide appropriate documentation, BGT’s only option is to return the firearm to the shipping FFL. We will not release a firearm to a person without appropriate documentation as it is against Federal Law!
