Axyl Fire Cables are LPCB approved to BS 6387:2013 CWZ¤ C- 180 mnts at 950°C (upto ±40°C) fire only.¤ W- 30 mnts at 650°C (upto ±40°C) fire with water spray applied for final 15mnts.¤ Z- 15 mnts at 950°C (upto ±40°C) with fire & mechanical shock applied every 30 sec throughout the test
BS EN 50200:201530 mnts under fire conditions at 830ºC (upto ±40°C) with mechanical shock applied every 5 mnts to the same cable sample throughout the 30 mnt test.
BS EN 60754-1:2014-Zero Halogen EmissionsEmission of less than 0.5% of corrosive & acid gas when under fire conditions.
BS EN 61034-2:2005-Low Smoke EmissionMeeting at least 60% residual light transmission while cable is under fire conditions.
BS EN 60332-1-2 :2004Cable flame retardancy test for limiting propagation of fire.

Recommended metal clip spacing 300mm Horizontal and 400mm Vertical.Recommended Cable Tray Fastening - Metal Tie and spacing should be every 1.5 metres.
Installation Temperatures:Minimum installation Temperature : 0 °CMaximum installation Temperature : 70 °C
Operating Temperature:Minimum -40 °C to Maximum +90 °C.The cable should not be flexed or bent when either the cable or operatingtemperature is below therecommended minimum or above the maximum recommended installation temperatures.
Minimum Bend Radius = 6 x DiameterPlastic clips or ties must not be used as the sole means of support for fire cable.
