Tempered Glass Burner Covers

Post consumer milk bottles are collected from community recycling programs.

Baled milk bottles are sorted and items removed which would affect quality.

Bottles are then ground to flake size, washed, dried and repelletized.

Pellets are remelted and shaped into plastic lumber.

Recycled plastic lumber is fabricated into a variety of outdoor living products.

Our durable poly lumber is fade-resistant and won’t crack or rot — even in the hottest and coldest temperatures. And the hardware fasteners we use are made of chrome-plated stainless steel — the same strong material used in the marine industry. It resists corrosion better than typical grades of stainless steel, which is why Casual Comfort furniture is a popular choice for outdoor spaces where harsh saltwater conditions exist.
