Here is an fire extinguisher vehicle with water jet spray automatically using fire sensor and a manual remote. DPDT(Dual pole dual through) switches are used in manual remote for forward, backward, left and right movement of robot.When the robot faces a fire then it extinguishes fire with the help of pump motor connected to a water tank mounted on its body automatically using automatic control board.In our project natural power for entire work

Project overview

i.e. Solar Power by using 6V, 3 Watt solar panel and a 12V 1.3 Ah dry cell battery.

Mechanical crystal wheel and house wheels are used for mechanical support of our robot.

As we known that Robot is a concept of mechatronics means a combination of mechanical and electronics.Robot chassis, mechanical house wheel and mechanical crystal wheel for support we are using as belowImage of your Project

Mechanical Structure

Solar Panel:-

Solar modules use light energy (photons) from the sun to generate electricity through the photovoltaic effect. The majority of modules use wafer-based crystalline silicon cells or thin-film cells based on cadmium telluride or silicon.Photons are combined with electronic to produce electricity. DC Dry cell battery:- We are connect dc dry cell battery (12v 1.3 Ah) to solar panel and Voltage regulator .

ContVoltage controller IC:-This Ic is used to convert from 12v to 5v.Because our Fire sensor and water pump work on 5v in our model.

Fire Sensor:-This module is give high O/p when there is fire glowing. And giving low o/p when this no fire flowing. O/p of the fire sensor connected to the Automatic control board.

Automatic control board is start the water pump when fire sensor sense the fire and start extinguish the fire.Circuit Diagram:-

Cont:-

Human being involvement is not required for water pumping. Because its pumping water automatically.

In real life application of this project where beings can not enter this robot enter and extinguish the fire.

Best use of natural power for fire fighting.

Advantages

Can be used in record maintaining rooms where fire can cause lose of valuable data.

Can be used in Server rooms for immediate action in case of fire.

Can be used in extinguishing fire where probability of explosion is high. For eg.Hotel kitchens, LPG/CNG gas stores, etc.

Every working environment requiring permanent operator's attention.

Advantages

The project has been motivated by the desire to design a system that can detect fires and take appropriate action, without any human intervention.

The development of sensor networks and the maturity of robotics suggests that we can use mobile agents for tasks that involve perception of an external stimulus and reacting to the stimulus, even when the reaction involves a significant amount of mechanical actions.FUTURE SCOPE
