OUR FOUNDERClayton Hicks, President & Founder of H7 Network, has spent the last eight years refining the principles and processes of building professional relationships.

At one point in his career, he went on over 1,200 1-to-1s with other professionals in the

region over an 18 month period. He still completes almost 10 1-to-1s per week, all while training his staff and showing members how to build relationships.

Making a long-lasting, positive impact on as many entrepreneurial-minded people as possible is our vision and our top priority. Clayton’s role is pioneering new teams, programs, and territories; training and development; implementing new processes for retention; business and relationship development; and overseeing over 150 wonderful volunteer leaders and their success.
