What pre-health advising services are available?

The components of acceptance to a health professional school include rigorous academics, high admission test scores and meaningful health-related experience and exposure to the field. Our pre-health advisors can help you determine which courses satisfy requirements, navigate the complexities of admission and prepare for your required examinations. While medical school admits come from all possible undergraduate majors, there are certain curriculum requirements including a year (with labs) of biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, mathematics and English. Depending on your intended area of specialty, these course requirements may vary. Our pre-health advisors can also guide you in incorporating study abroad, research and internships to help strengthen your application to medical school.
