Client submits a Project Executive Summary including:Company Profile / Budget / Valuation / Quanity Surveyor / Environmental / Organizational Structure2. LSC issues Expression of Interest upon finding the Project Executive Summary meets preliiminary criteria. (Typically within 30 Days after Submission)3. Client submits a Full Information Memorandum and detailed Financial Statement on borrower and all related parties4. LSC will then work with the Investor to complete Due Diligence and Negotiation5. Investor issues Commitment Paper and executes funding process (Typically funding in place within 60 Days after Execution)

We provide equity financingwith a primary focus on Development & Construction. We can also finance property related projects such as acquisition and refurbishment.

Target Assets: Industrial / Office / Mixed-Use / Multi-Residential / Hotel / Apartment / Resort

Amount: Minimum of CAD $30M (Thirty Million Canadian Dollars) and up to $150M(One Hundred and Fifty Million Canadian Dollars)

Interest Rate: Starting 6% APR including Fees (5-7 Years Term), Interest Only

LVR: Up to 97.5% of Required Funding or Appraised Value

Term: Up to 7 Years

Funding Type: Equity / Senior Debt / Subordinated Debt / Bridging or Mezzanine

Process: 1. Client submits a Project Executive Summary including:
