Maud Manon heads the Finance, Projects and Restructuring group of DLA Piper in France. Specialised in leverage finance, Maud advises sponsors/borrowers as well as lenders in LBO transactions or corporate acquisition finance.
Erwan Lacheteau’s activity primarily focuses on real estate financing in domestic and international transactions, representing both investment funds and financial institutions, in relation with acquisition, sale and leaseback and construction transactions.
Eric Villateau is involved in project finance and public-private partnerships (PPP). He advises both French and international banks, as well as investment funds and industrial companies, predominantly in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.

Caroline Texier specializes in restructuring and insolvency. She has a long standing experience in national and international restructuring of distressed companies, both in the context of out-of-court and formal insolvency proceedings, where she advises all types of stakeholders (debtor, creditors, bidders). Her expertise covers all aspects of restructuring, including insolvency related litigation.
Sébastien Praicheux has extensive experience on banking and financial regulation. His experience includes licensing, payment and investment services, regulatory capital, market infrastructures and derivatives products. He advises many different stakeholders (banks, Fintechs, asset managers, payment institutions, corporates).
