Taylor Wiseman & Taylor was retained by the Nemours

Foundation to perform Site Engineering, Permitting, and

Landscape Development for a 63,000 SF Pediatric Healthcare

Facility in Deptford Township, NJ.

The scope of work included the comprehensive design of a 30-acre

site that includes parking areas, pedestrian walkways and ADA

access, utilities, storm water areas, site and building façade lighting, site

landscaping, healing garden, tot lot area and streetscape amenities

along Almonesson Road.

This new facility officially opened on September 15, 2016.

Taylor Wiseman & Taylor was retained by Aegis Property Group to design and develop an outdoor

patio area adjacent to the new cafeteria for the Virtua Executive offices at 303 Lippincott Drive.

 Our scope of work included the design of a patio that would seat 50, to screen a large on-site generator, and to create a

garden for employees to enjoy during the warmer months, as well as having a pleasant view from the cafeteria.

 The final design includes a 1,500 SF patio with overhead triangular shaped shade sails, a metal fabrication within a

garden to screen the generator, tables with stackable chairs, receptacles, planting containers for herbs and annuals, up-

lighting, bollards, and ADA accessibility. The project is current, and the remaining work includes administrative

Township approval, contract documents and construction supervision.

This outdoor patio area is projected to open April 2017.

Taylor Wiseman & Taylor was retained by Aegis Property Group to design and develop a healing garden adjacent to the new infusion

center for the future Virtua Cancer Center in Moorestown, NJ.  

Our scope of work included the design of an open garden with interactive elements for patients and employees to enjoy throughout the year, and to

create pleasant views out towards the basin beside the garden site. The concept design includes two natural ponds, high decorative metal panels,

emergency access and garden path, a hidden outdoor patio for staff, and kinetic sculptures to provide an interactive element to the garden.

The project is current, and the remaining work includes development of a final concept design, administrative Township approval,

contract documents and construction supervision.

Taylor Wiseman & Taylor (TWT) was retained by Artis to perform Site Engineering, Permitting, and Landscape Development for a 33,000 sf Senior Living Facility in Evesham Township, NJ.  The scope of work included the comprehensive design of a 5-acre site that included parking areas, ADA access, utilities, storm water areas, site lighting, site landscaping, courtyard gardens, and resident walking paths. Survey, Site Design, Local Permitting, Construction Documents and Supervision were the major roles that TWT was contracted to perform.  This new facility opened in 2015.

Taylor Wiseman & Taylor (TWT) was retained by Brandywine Senior Living to perform Site Engineering, Permitting, and

Landscape Development for a 107,038 SF Senior Living facility in Haddonfield, NJ.

The scope of work included the comprehensive design of a 2.46-acre site that includes asphalt roadway and fire lane, utilities,

storm water areas, site and building façade lighting, and landscaping around the entire site.

TWT prepared engineered site plans, including grading and drainage for garage and driveway ramp, storm water management facilities, water

and sewer utilities, site landscaping and lighting.
