Sumipex (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as a leading manufacturer of Cast Acrylic Sheet, we are BOI Privileged Company, incorporated in 2002 under a collaboration between Sumitomo Chemical Co., Ltd. and ITOCHU Corporation by acquiring a local cast acrylic manufacturing plant. In 2006 we have expanded our production lines to reach production capacity of 12,000MT/year and employed approximately 300 employees. As a global company, we have applied international standards, which are; ISO9001 accreditation, ISO14001 accreditation, and OHSAS18001 accreditation. Furthermore, we are following with RoHS and REACH compliance to ensure our customers that our Cast Acrylic Sheet are harmless to health and environment. Additionally, as a part of Sumitomo Chemical, one of the major suppliers of Methyl Methacrylate Monomer (MMA), it could be assured of a stable supply of the key raw material. Also, the global network has been enhanced by ITOCHU, one of the largest Japanese trading companies.

To create new products We have created and opened up the new product range for the various applications such as High Impact sheet, Flame Retardant sheet, UV protection sheet and also the Anti-bacteria sheet.

To provide fully equipped laboratory We have installed several of machines, equipments and technical facilities e.g. spectrophotometer, bathtub thermoforming machine, xenon weathering machine, digital microscope and etc. to conduct the experimental, testing and analysis.

To service technical support Our R&D has been enhanced through technical support by Sumitomo Chemical, one of Japan‘s biggest chemical companies, and our technical service team is promptly to assist customers’ meticulous requirements.
