Page 2: Final storyboard

• Hope FM jingle starts, stating the words 'Across Bournemouth', an establishing shot of Bournemouth gardens is shown.

Page 3: Final storyboard

• The jingle says 'Poole' and an establishing shot of Poole town center is shown to show Poole to the audience.

Page 4: Final storyboard

• 'And Christchurch', an establishing shot of Christchurch castle is shown.

Page 5: Final storyboard

• An establishing shot of the train going through the town center of Poole is then shown

Page 6: Final storyboard

• 'This is 90.1, Hope FM', an establishing shot of a microphone and leaflets is shown. The microphone has an upwards panning and the leaflets have a focus pull. This establishes the overall radio theme of the documentary.

Page 7: Final storyboard

• Paige’s voiceover is overlaying a medium close up of a flashing red sign saying ‘On air’. This brings the radio theme across. The name of the documentary is then shown, as well as the production logos.

• A medium close up of Emma is then shown, whilst she talks about how Hope FM is life changing radio.

• An intercut is then shown in Emma's interview of her training up a person. This is a mid-shot. This represents when Emma talks about the training.

• Another intercut is shown of Emma and Ryan presenting. This is a mid-shot and a focus pull. This shows Emma presenting to the audience.

• The narrative device is then shown, which shows images of Dan, Ryan, Victoria and Sheena. The other three interviewees images fade, whilst Dan’s is still on screen. This shows the audience that Dan’s interview is the next interview on screen. Paige’s voiceover overlays this, telling the audience about Dan’s interview and who he is in accordance to Hope FM.

• Medium close up of Dan is shown in the Production studio. Faders and Headphones can be seen in the background, creating a motif. Dan talks about how he found Hope FM.

• A medium close up is shown of Dan working on the computer, to represent his job role at Hope FM to the audience. The computer work is audio editing, with is a reflection on a radio station.

• The narrative device is then shown, which shows images of Dan, Ryan, Victoria and Sheena. The other three interviewees images fade, whilst Ryan’s is still on screen. This shows the audience that Ryan’s interview is the next interview on screen. Paige’s voiceover overlays this, telling the audience about Ryan’s interview and who he is in accordance to Hope FM.

• Mid-shot of Ryan is shown in the Production studio talking about how Hope FM has influenced him and how he started work there. Another presenter can be seen in the background of this shot, emphasising the overall radio theme to the documentary.

• An intercut is then shown of Victoria placing headphones onto her head. This is a close up, and shows Victoria co-presenting to the audience.

• The narrative device is then shown, which shows images of Dan, Ryan, Victoria and Sheena. The other three interviewees images fade, whilst Sheena’s is still on screen. This shows the audience that Sheena’s interview is the next interview on screen. Paige’s voiceover overlays this, telling the audience about Sheena’s interview and who she is in accordance to Hope FM.

• A mid close up of Sheena is shown in the production studio in the seating area. She is surrounded by the sound proofing, which is constantly seen within the documentary. Sheena talks about how she got her current job.

• A close up of Hope FM leaflets is also shown, as this shows the slogan and name of the documentary, 'Life changing radio'. This is a focus pull.

• Intercut, mid shot of Victoria walking into the Hope FM studio. Ryan’s voice can be heard saying ‘Vic’ in a happy manner. The start of this intercut is Victoria as a voiceover, talking about her friendship with Ryan Boydon.

• Mid shot of Victoria is shown, she starts talking about her friendship with Ryan Boydon.

• A mid shot which is an intercut is then shown of Ryan and Victoria hugging. This again is to show the friendship between Victoria and Ryan to the audience.

• An intercut is then shown of Ryan and Victoria presenting Generation Y. This is a close up to mid shot.

• Mid close up of Sheena is shown in the seating area of the production area is shown. Sheena talks about when a listener called in about her daughter self-harming.

• An intercut which is a medium long shot is shown whilst Sheena is talking about phone calls to Hope FM for prayers. This intercut shows a young female dialling the Hope FM number into her mobile phone.

• This goes back to a mid-close up of Sheena in the production studio, continuing talking about this conversation she had with a listener about her daughter self-harming.

• Medium close up of Dan in the production studio is then shown again, talking about community radio and having a full time job in radio.

• An intercut is shown which is a close up of the computer screen which Dan is working on, this shows the audience what Dan would typically be doing at work, which is audio editing, which is a reflection on the radio theme to the audience.

• A mid shot of Ryan is shown, in the production studio talking about the benefits of community radio, and smaller radio stations.

• An intercut is shown, which is a close up on the faders in the Hope FM studio.
