    Delphi is committed to providing employees with the tools necessary to dotheir jobs, including software tools used to assist with a variety of workfunctions such as engineering, manufacturing and communications.However, improper use of software tools including the download and useof unlicensed software exposes Delphi to significant legal and financialliability. In addition, this behavior could introduce information security risk ornegatively impact Delphis brand image, which can have a significant,negative financial and operational impact for the company. Delphi has zerotolerance for improper usage of software tools or policies.

    Any reports or corrections made in the next 30 days from April 20, 2015,will not result in any adverse consequences. However, once this initialamnesty period is over, the Delphi Information Security Policy will be strictlyenforced to ensure that you and Delphi are not exposed to serious legaland financial consequences. A violation of this policy will result indisciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
