Worked with Sahitya Technologies Pvt. Ltd (Hyderabad) as Salesforce Developer from Dec 2010 to 2014.

Currently working for Flextronics Pvt.Ltd (Chennai) as Associate Consultant from 2014 to till date.

PROJECTS SUMMARY

Project Name # 1 Venray SLS CallCentre Setup

Role : SFDC Developer. Duration : Jan 2015 to till date.

DESCRPITION

Introduction

Flextronics will be required to provide a query management system for SLS division. The customer support function will be situated in Venray, Holland. Email queries will be received from 8 customers. Emails may also be received from third parties such as carriers. Emails will be sent to a number of existing email addresses which will have to be routed through to Salesforce. Routing rules will be developed to ensure all queries are received by the appropriate Flex users to expedite responses.

Scope

The query management system will be Salesforce.com and will allow emails to form cases from a number of sources. Each vendor supplying the customer and their employees will form a database of accounts and contacts The QMS will allow for queries to be answered within agreed service level agreements. The application will be able to show KPI data in the form of reports and dashboards. These KPI’s will be reported periodically to the end customers

RESPONSBILITIES

The customer support function will have a number of email addresses to receive emails from the 8 customers. We will create a queue for each of the email addresses receiving the email from the customer in the same way as happens right now in Warrington for HP / Sony

There will also be a queue for the transport department Agents will go the queue and “accept” the case into their own queue The customer queues will be Aruba, Brocade, Enphase, Kodak, Lenovo, Logitech,

Verifone & XtremeMac These will be accessed by customer service team only The customer service team will either accept cases in their own queues and answer them

or assign to another user Queries will NOT route to specific individuals, they will route to queues

Page 3: FINAL RESUME SANTOSH

The customer will receive an email notification informing them that we have received their query. This will include subject of the email they sent and case number

This notification will also go to all those people on “to” and “cc” on the email from the customer. If someone replies to an email they will create a duplicate case. Replying to the notification will ensure that their email will attach to the case already created

The site default will be “Venray SLS” The agent working the case will then select from a drop down called “Customer”. List of

customers in assignments document in related documents section of this document

The agent will then select a category from the category drop down menu Categories are common to all customers There will be a number of fields created in the case details section of the case record to

allow additional information to be captured Assuming the information is available to the user the user will answer the case through

emailing from the case The user may involve a colleague to gain further information to help answering the query The user may achieve this by emailing from the case or by using Chatter on the case feed All of this activity will appear on the case feed and case history Closing the case is at the discretion of the case owner but typically when they answer the

initial query Closing the case will allow for the cycle to be complete and allow cycle time calculation Case closure notification is not required at this stage If the user who initially received the case is not in a position to answer the case, they may

assign the case to another user The new case owner will receive a notification to tell them that the case has been

assigned to them The new case owner will email the customer from the case and close the case

ENVIRONMENT

Service Cloud, Apex, Visual Force Pages, Apex Data Loader and Eclipse.
