We are the students from UiTM Shah Alam. Currently we are conducting a research

on UiTM students perception towards the supply chain management of Academic Book

Avenue (ABA) Bookstore. The objective of the research is to identify the students

perception towards the supply chain management of Academic Book Avenue (ABA)

Bookstore and also to determine the students perception towards the customer service and

the way they have been treated by the staffs of ABA Bookstore. Students perception will be

gauged by the structured questionnaires using face-to-face interview technique. You have

been selected to be one of the respondents and your cooperation to complete the

questionnaires will be appreciated.
