nset A lot of decades ago, the political

variables have played very active role in

changing the global art map. Likewise

the mental transition process had had a

significant factor in re-construction the

concepts of the artwork in the

contemporary ages. Thus, the scientific

rationality had already dominated on

most of the trends, which led to launch

a lot of free and audacious thoughts, to

search about all new, and challenging

all Challenges to build new values which

could be matched with contemporary

time ideologies.

Paradigm Shift, Yes…, this is what visual

arts in eastern societies need exactly. In fact

the real will not be changed without

changing our thoughts. In his united lectures

and essays in book entitled (in search of a

better world) "Karl Popper" confirmed on

that solving any problem must be paralleled

with the nature of the problem itself, in other

word, any nontraditional problem must be

solved by unconventional solving, particularly

with the technological, economic, political

and religious problems in our modern

societies now. And also in his book (art and

technology) "Heidegger"1 was neither against

technology applications in our societies, nor

did he suggest that we return to pre-

industrial era, but he was just offering as a

food for thought a correlation between life

and art. And according to what (Kerry

and art. And according to what "Kerry

Blackwell" said, we live readily in a

system of control, and orders

determined by social values and law

according to our culture, which if we

can change it, all values will be changed

and law also.

So, it must acknowledge that, fifty years

ago we found the result of mixing

between art and science, and both of

them became main part of our

contemporary culture. But cannot be

denied that contemporary visual arts

trends in the Middle East and Arab

world are using the science techniques

in visual art either by superficial ideas

without concept or separated about

current circumstances in eastern

societies.

After the Arab spring revolutions, we

have realized that We are facing a

war of thoughts, thus the our need to

new concepts in both of art and

science has appeared, which it can

make a transition in our thoughts

through them, at the same time, we

need kind of art can play a lot of

roles, more than just art itself, we

need kind of art make us understand

ourselves then understand all

civilizations around us, consequently

make a better connection with the

other.

Historically, theory of physics of the

impossible was not established as an

independent curriculum or field of a

lot of physics fields. But it was existed

between most of scientists through

their thoughts, which means search

about manners and methodologies to

make everything possible. Ironically,

the serious study of the impossible

has frequently opened up rich and

entirely unexpected domains of

science. That was like what happened

in art perfectly. Where the artists

were thinking by the same methods

to achieve what it was impossible to

be achieved to enrich their artistic

products.

Page 6: Final project UNESCO

6

What we can do? And what will we

do? Of course the differences

answers to these questions will be

able to determine the definition of

the impossible for us, and that is

the impossible essence, which

could be determined according to

our abilities and what we had

already achieved in our time.

So, throughout the history

particularly now, what was

impossible yesterday, may it

becomes possible today, and of

course what is impossible today, it

will be possible tomorrow.

Accordingly, the limits of the

relationship between art and

science can be seen according to

8888

Nevertheless, the First questions, we

have to ask here is: what does

impossible mean? Also we have to

acknowledge that the definition of the

impossible itself is a Relative

definition. And no one can deny that

he has a personal definition of the

impossible. Nevertheless when we

want to define the impossible

physically, we can say that the

impossible means literally ((anything

not able to occur, exist, or be done.

Thus, even if we can say that, but also

we have to recognize that there is no

any possibility to find a constant

definition of the impossible because

its definition depends on what we

have of abilities?, what we were

doing?

Page 7: Final project UNESCO

7

the achievements of physics of the

impossible studies. Or in other word

we can see the complementary

relationship between the impossible

in art and the impossible in science.

Where for as long as, artistic

imagination helps a lot of scientists to

create a lot of Constructive models

for their concepts, correspondingly

scientists often provide the modern

techniques for artists, and both of

them meet together at a common

target to eliminate on the impossible

or at least challenge it.

Nevertheless, we can note that, the

beginning of appearing the physics of

the impossible thoughts was

depending on try to answer to two

questions:

((How to mimic the natural

conditions? and how to design a ((microcosm)) of anything))? So,

through answer to these questions

we can simulate a natural

phenomenon and then we can

break it down to achieve the

impossible. According to what ((Michio Kaku)) said, we can say

that, the physics of the impossible

consisted of three classes through

its history as follows:

This class was concentrating on

some of the concepts, which could

be able to change some of main

ideas dramatically and deeply, such

as but not limited (force fields,

88888

1- Impossibilities first class:

Page 8: Final project UNESCO

8

invisibility, teleportation, telepathy,

psychokinesis, robots, star ships and

anti-universes).

This class supported the continuity

with the first class, in addition to

beginning of trying to answer to the

second questions, through putting

some additional concepts in terms of

science (faster than light, time

traveling and parallel universes). ((The

importance of this class in art

represented in it is considered the link

between trying to create the Virtual

reality and the already launching into

the real world through a lot of

complex techniques in the next class)).

The most important characteristic

of this class that it puts the

essence of impossible ostensibly, ((through the thinking of two

biggest impossible things now,

those are (Perpetual motion

machines and precognition)))1, It‘s

worth mentioning that every one

of these three classes has different

properties. And of course there are

a lot of interference areas

between both of them.

The worth mentioning that,

anyone follows the ancient

civilizations, will find the roots of

these three classes clearly, such as

888888888

2- Impossibilities second class:

3- Impossibilities third class:

Page 9: Final project UNESCO

9

but not limited, the ancient Egyptian

civilization has a lot of impossible

things and until now no one can

explain them and that is why this

things transferred from the

Impossibilities level to the miracles

level, for instance: (on every 22 of

October, the world celebrate with

watching the sun passes over the face

of the statue of Pharaoh Ramses II

inside the Temple of the 'Abu Simbel',

south of Aswan).

The pyramids, how they are built?

And the Mummification how it was

done? I think that the scientists and

artists today are repeating what their

peers did in the past through the

same concepts but different methods,

88

that is perhaps means that we have a

common philosophical background

with our ancient civilizations albeit

unwittingly?!!!!!!

Nevertheless most of anthropologists

find that the theory of physics of the

impossible has a lot of social

applications perhaps more than

scientific applications. Most of these

applications related to the remote

control systems in people or build a

general public stream towards

certain idea or collecting people in a

revolution with or against regimes all

these manifestations classified by

named under the psychokinetic

processes (First Class).

Page 10: Final project UNESCO

10

The project expresses about

psychokinetic processes - psycho

processes- (First Class). It monitors

the dominion conflict manifestations

among civilizations, and how the

contemporary man became a victim

of this conflict. The human brain

became a container for a lot of

thoughts have been put by the

parties, governments and regimes

without any will from it.

Actually, in the past people were

wishing to discover a lot of scientific

research applications to help them to

enhance their life, but they were

unaware that the same scientific

research applications will be the main

reason in usurp their Identity.

humanity.

Discussion Value

Page 11: Final project UNESCO

11

The theory of physics of the

impossible originally not only supports

positive communications between

different civilizations, but also

recovers the common philosophical

background between ancient and

modern civilizations. But what

happened through using this theory

was against its essence, where a lot of

laws and discoveries have been

applying by worst purposes for the

power and control on others.

Now the people fall in this paradox

and became just as a machine, its

keyboard under the command of their

governments and regimes.

Most of people particularly in poor

countries do not know until now that

the greatest applications of theory of

physics of the impossible that are

related to advanced techniques in

washing people brains, where the

governments use these techniques

against their people by subliminal

tricks.

The cycle of washing the human

identity represents the worst side in

the theory of physics of the

impossible, and reflects the conflict

between modern and ancient

civilizations which led to make people

confused by a lot of paradoxes related

to their identity.

Page 12: Final project UNESCO

12

A lot of physical components make

combinations to build the body of

project. Artist is using here different

multimedia tools which divided into

five basic combinations as follows:

A- Tubes and flasks

B- Old Fabric

C- Electronic cables

D- Human mask

E- Microscope

F- Cells

G- Webcam

H- Data show

I- Sound track

Physical Components

Tubes and flasks in wooden holders

above the mask represent different

kinds of thoughts, which engraved on

their surfaces. The power and

electronic cables work as a connector

between thoughts tubes and the

mask. In the end of the ancient fabric

Drop-Down yarns, and all combination

put on the wall.

On the other side in front of the wall,

the microscope monitors the live cells

which represent the human identity

changing, and reflect its changes on

the camera above the microscope and

transfer them on the mask by data

show device which put on the ceiling

above microscope and in front of the

mask.

Page 13: Final project UNESCO

13

The body of project fills spatial form about 10×4×3 meters "figure 1-1". According to

the design, there will be sufficient space for audiences to be interactive with the

project and take a tour around the project components. The physical components

distributed to achieve appropriate space capacity to make an accurate general view.

Technical Stuff:

Stuffs will be divided into two sections, the first will be prepared in the artist personal lab -closed place- and the second will be done in the real project place, there will be technical processes related to collecting the work components.

Figure 1-1

Page 14: Final project UNESCO

Simulation experiments conducted by

potential general view of the project,

with knowing that some of criteria

taken into account:

- Mimic natural conditions.

- Appropriate capacity of space.

- Appropriate choose for material.

- calculate interior and exterior space.

- Cohesion of view.

14

Page 15: Final project UNESCO

Ancient Fabric A lot of indicators refer to our ancient

civilizations, most important of them

summarized on ancient fabrics, a lot of

secrets, agreements and documentations

held on them.

To extent that it becomes as a symbol of

our civilizations, the project shows the

ancient fabric as a background of the

human mask and tubes. It refers to the

common philosophical approach in

different civilizations. This make us ask

where is the conflict exactly, is it superficial

conflict or is in civilization essence itself?

Our Arab civilization and culture was in the

past the source for the others, and African

culture was the first in our global, but now

with manifestations of decentralization and

fragmentation, our roots became unclear.

15

Page 16: Final project UNESCO

Human Mask?!!! Human mask lose itself amid its roots

(culture, history, modernity). Culture like

ours has gone, the rest of our history

stored in fabric like this, the human lose

his way among a lot of conflicts between

ancient and modern, old and new,

heritage and modernity, and post

modernism. Where ourselves in all these

cultures? How to be our relationship with

others as it should be? Although the

physics of the impossible try to recover a

common philosophy background with

other civilization however it cannot

recover the original identity for those

who lost it.

16

Page 17: Final project UNESCO

TUBES Illusion, Deception, Dishonesty, Hypocrisy

and Lying, every one of these attributes

has tube of these tubes or more, the

governments or regimes are using them

against their people under Imaginary

mask perhaps is Religion, Politics, Sex or

even the country land itself. A lot of social

media play an important role as

connectors between government's tubes

thoughts and the people particularly if

they are official media channel to achieve

the cycle of erase the human identity.

Now the people became in a Coma,

homely feel by the loss of humanity. All

things became the same, there is no any

Exciting, Fun or love.

What shall people do now?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

17

Page 18: Final project UNESCO

Human Cell Spark of hope, human cell develops under

microscope not change fortunately. Mutations

are happening to the better, not to the worst.

Everyone on the land of globe has a genome of

resistance, most of people do not know that

our identity in our genome, in our permanent

memory, in our bodies, in our space around us.

But all what we need is serious search about

ourselves. The theory of physics of the

impossible says that impossible to achieve the

processes of erase the human identity because

our identity exists in our genomes,

Nevertheless a lot of process of erase the

human identity already done, that is refers to

defect in ourselves in our will as free humans,

because our strong is from our free will, we

need unleash our abilities to recover our

identity consequently recover our glories

General View

Now we are in front of potential final

work, if we take a closer look on the

physical components, we will find that

there will be strong combinations and

clear relationship between each other.

According to the laws of collecting and

our space capacity, there will be some of

necessary procedures to collect our

components together, also certain

calculations will be conducted for

structure procedures, and this requires

essential steps to be done correctly. With

knowing that, cohesion of space with

forms taken into account firstly .

Figure 2-1 and 2-2 show that:

23

Here we can determine appropriate

time table and procedures sequences.

First and foremost the project must be

achieved within three months; there

will be two kinds of procedures must

be done:

Interior procedures: included all

chemical techniques and prepare

material and essential physical

components.

Exterior procedures: include all works

which will be done in real work space

and collecting components in final

body.

Art, Science and Politics impossible

separate about each other, in our

modern world. In culture like ours long

accustomed to splitting and dividing all

things as a means of control, its

sometime a bit of shock to be reminded

that.

Erase the Humanitarian Identity is an

installation art project discusses

attempts to restrict the human identity,

which shaped by technique of

fragmentation, which led to lose the

human identity among the conflicts

between a lot of parties, governments,

regimes and civilizations. So art in our

societies must find a new active political

and social role to be matched with the

mental transition processes in new

Middle East after the Arab spring

revolutions.
