PROBLEM STATEMENT BRIEF GreenJams is an early stage social enterprise addressing the enormous carbon emissions from built environment and crop residue burning. To address this problem, GreenJams through its research and development has created a product, called Agrocrete™.

Agrocrete™ is a carbon nega@ve building material made of crop residues and industrial by-products, which can be used for walling applica@ons. It is a cheaper, strong, durable, lighter and a carbon-nega@ve alterna@ve to Red Bricks and Concrete Masonry Units.

GreenJams has however discovered that an average home buyer is not aware of concepts like carbon footprint in the construc@on and opera@ons of the buildings and wishes to change that through its product launch campaign.

OBJECTIVE OF CAMPAIGN To spread awareness about the high carbon footprint of built environment while promo@ng Agrocrete™.

WHICH PROMOTIONAL MEDIUM? The launch campaign should have a great visual impact and reach. Any media such as ads, social media, product installa@ons, etc. is welcome. Par@cipants are advised to keep in mind the exis@ng social constraints.

HOW WILL THE ENTRY BE EVALUATED? The entries shall be judged on the following factors:

1. Novelty

2. Impact Factor

3. Cost Effec@veness

4. Ease of Execu@on

HOW TO SUBMIT? The entry has to be submiSed at this form. The par@cipant must provide an answer (min. 100 characters) to each of the following ques@ons: (i) Name of the Idea, (ii) What is the idea, (iii) Why this idea, and (iv) How will you execute the idea.

PRIZE MONEY Apart from geZng a chance to influence how the future built environment will be made, the cash prizes are as follows: Winner: Rs. 10,000 Runner Up: Rs. 5,000

TERMS AND CONDITIONS This compe@@on is promoted and operated by GreenJams BuildTech Private Limited (“GreenJams”). Details of how to enter form a part of these terms and condi@on (‘Terms’). It is a condi@on of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the par@cipant agrees to abide by these rules.

ELIGIBILITY  1. The compe@@on is open to all Indian residents who submit valid entries by 11.59pm

on 30 July 2020.

2. Par@cipa@on is non-transferable and you shall only be en@tled to receive only one cash prize. You are encouraged to submit mul@ple ideas.

HOW TO ENTER 1. Entry to the compe@@on is by submiZng the form. The problem statement of the

compe@@on is that which is described in the Compe@@on Guidelines which is available on the GreenJams website.

2. Any ideas deemed to contain offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory materials will be immediately disqualified.

3. The submission of entries closes at 11.59pm on 30 July 2020. Any par@cipant submiZng an entry ager this deadline shall not be eligible to take part in this compe@@on.

4. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received. Winner(s) will be no@fied directly via email.

5. Only one cash prize per person. Mul@ple entries will be accepted.

THE PRIZE 1. There is a total of 2 prizes: Winner Cash Prize of ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand

Only) and Runner Up Cash Prize of ₹5,000 (Rupees Five Thousand Only).

2. The cash prize, in the form of a cheque, shall be delivered to the address men@oned at the @me of submission of entries.

3. If you are not fortunate enough to win, you shall not be en@tled to any prize and GreenJams shall have no liability to you in this regard.

4. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alterna@ve is offered.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS 1. GreenJams reserve the right to change or amend these Terms.

2. If you do not accept the no@fied changes, you will not be permiSed to enter the compe@@on. If you have already entered the compe@@on, GreenJams reserves the right to withdraw your entry and shall not be liable in this regard.

GENERAL  1. GreenJams reserves the right, at our sole discre@on, to refuse par@cipa@on in this

compe@@on.

2. GreenJams reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these Terms.

3. Each par@cipant consents to the use of informa@on supplied by the par@cipant in any media for future promo@onal, marke@ng and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensa@on to the par@cipant, by GreenJams.

4. Events may occur that render the awarding of the prize impossible to reasons beyond our control. Accordingly, GreenJams may, at its sole discre@on, vary or amend the compe@@on and you agree that no liability shall aSach to GreenJams as a result thereof. GreenJams reserves the right to cease the compe@@on, withdraw or subs@tute any prize at any @me prior to the redemp@on of the prize.

5. GreenJams shall under no circumstances whatsoever be liable to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any loss (including indirect and consequen@al losses), damage, personal injury or death arising out of, under or in connec@on with the compe@@on or these Terms.

6. The decision by GreenJams in all maSers is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. These Terms cons@tute the en@re agreement between GreenJams and you.

8. GreenJams may at any @me assign, transfer, subcontract, or deal in any other manner with all or any of our rights or obliga@ons.

9. If any part of these Terms is or become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, they shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid, legal and enforceable. If such modifica@on is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Such dele@on or part dele@on shall not affect the validity and enforceability of these Terms.

10. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

11. Please retain a copy of these terms and condi@ons for your records.
