• Chitra Lane started in 1967 with 2 kids• Chitra Lane touches now the lives of over

2000 kids with special needs from all over Sri Lanka

• Chitra Lane had 5 production units: Cookery, Jewelry, Screen Printing, Paper Recycling and Sewing

RECOMMENDATIONS

• Make 1 person responsible for Sales• Include labour-cost in the price• Try to do the pricing in Excel, so that you can adjust more

easily• Try reselling at stores; Trunk, Barefoot, NoLimit, etc• Partner up with Design schools• Try to re-use materials in order to lower the expenses• Sell the products at Good Market and Design Market
