  2. 2. +Numbers Do Not Lie. Forbes Magazine reported in 2014 that in the year 2012 Women held just 3.8% of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) positions in Fortune 500 companies, and 90 out of 535 seats in US Congress.
  3. 3. + Males in Society Men are often more authoritative by nature. Automatically serve as disciplinarian and breadwinner in the family. Appear unemotional, leaning toward the logical side of things. Keywords: courage, self- reliance, rationality, competitiveness, ambition, risk- taking.
  4. 4. + Females in Society more submissive and can sometimes take on more stereotypically masculine traits such as excessive assertiveness and dominance. use their personal feelings/emotions in relation to their work, career, and livelihood. Keywords: honesty, intelligence, compassion and creativity
