Dear XXX: We are group D in Speaking and Writing 3 Tuesday class studends. We have some opinions to start a supermarket.

We reference to the York Benimaru which is known by everyone in Aizu-Wakamatsu city. It is some good points. First, it has some services, for example, sale, drawing and discount. Second, it has kind of goods, for example, daily goods, foods, clothings, stationeries and so on. Finally, it has some development of private brand goods which is called "Seven premium". We suggest some new points and improving points. First, we introduce delivery system. Because some people who are old and live far place are difficult to come store, so we introduce this system to increase customers. Second, we introduce some tenants which are popular in many people, for example, McDonald's, KFC, mister Donut and so on. Overall, if we act these points, the store maybe successful.

We are group D in Speaking and Writing 3 Tuesday class students. We have some opinions to start a supermarket.

We are going to start launching supermarket. We think supermarket is very important for us to live. Because supermarket deals with many items and foods. For starting supermarket, we suggest some points. First, we decide our position. One of the members is president, management strategist and commercial distribution management. Next, we borrow money from bank. Next, we build a supermarket building. Next, we register our supermarket. Next, we employ workers. Finally, we open new our supermarket! We have a question. We don't know how to register new supermarket. So, we want to know it if you have a time.

A. What business will you be in? What will you do?

Our company is supermarket. So, we sell some items to customers.

B.Mission Statement: Many companies have a brief mission statement, usually in thirty words or less, explaining their reason for being and their guiding principles. If you want to draft a mission statement, this is a good place to put it in the plan.

Our company's principle is "Sell better items, and satisfy with many customers".

C. Company goals and objectives: Goals are destinations where you want your business to be. Objectives are progress markers along the way to goal achievement. For example, a goal might be to have a healthy, successful company that is a leader in customer service and has a loyal customer following. Objectives might be annual sales targets and some specific measures of customer satisfaction.

Our company's goal is the best supermarket which is used by many customers.

D. Business philosophy: What is important to you in business?

We think it is important for us to come back again to buy some items or foods.

Supermarket's Brochure has some nice points. First, it has a telephone number. If you are asked something by supermarket, you don't go to supermarket. Because you call supermarket. Second, it has an address. You can go to supermarket if you know the address. Third, it appears prices which are sold goods. You can get information which are sold goods. Next, it has some good pictures. If it don't have a picture, you may not know what to sell. Finally, it has a location where to build. If you know only an address, you may not come to supermarket. Because you don't know this place.

2.CONTENTS ORGANIZSER

We plan to make web brochure of our supermarket that has many images and web coupon. There are five special points that many customers think to want to come our supermarket. First, our web brochure attends many images. Because supermarket's main selling items are foods. If we watch delicious foods, we usually want to go to buy them.Anyway, we imagine attend pictures of other items,(for example: stationery, daily necessaries, cloths, and alcohol) when we see their items that are cheap and reasonable, we normally think want to buy it. So we must be gather more customers than no web brochure. Secondly, we use systems of web coupon. it is a systems about how to drop items which are chosen by us. If we use this coupon, we should print out our web brochure, and cut down coupon which we want to use to buy items, and this coupon pass to clerk. Thirdly, we change character of our web brochure. if we change character(for example: its font, its color), we can separate items which we encourage. So, customers could be carry out easier, what our supermarket's featured products. Next, we attend information about our supermarket's address and telephone number.Because, if we don't know our supermarket's address, we find out where our supermarket is. And, if we have trouble that low changes or incorrect price and

so on. Finally, we attend URL which is our supermarket's homepages. Many customers are able to supported our many services(for example: receiving mail magazine, knowing what is the cheap every other shops that are managed by us). Overall, if we can set upper points in our web brochure, we absolutely succeed than now.

We think planning for the future is very nice, because it is important for us to develop my business. If we don't decide to it, Our company go out of business. And, we think deciding to the management principles is good, because we become working very harder.

2. CONTENT ORGANIZER -

We are preparing to start new supermarket. Our supermarkethas 5 major business strategies.

First, we should make sure to distribution systems of our supermarket. It is very important to start supermarket. Because if we want to sell some vegetables, we must sign with vegetable farmer and talking prices of their vegetables. In addition, we should sign different people. For example,people who carry on animal industry, fisheries industry, agricultural industry and so on.

Secondly, we should fix locations. For example, address of shop, size of shop, and so on. It is important to consider to conditions of location. If we built our supermarket by the main street of our city and built more bigger shop which deal with many items and

foods, many people can come our shop with a light heart. So we must be build profit our supermarket absolutely.

Thirdly, we should decide target of customer's age. If we decided to seek young women, we should set up ladies' wear. So young women must be come our supermarket to buy their clothes. Therefore, it is important to consider to target of customer's age.

Next, we should think about business alliance. If we have fastfood shop or restaurant, many customer can come by there after shopping or they may buy our supermarket to use this opportunity to eat fastfood or restaurant's menu at lunch time or dinner time. So we could build profit than we are not bringing in business alliance.

Finally, we should think about management principles of our supermarket. Because management principles show that how we manage our supermarket. If we are understand by more customers, they must be trust our supermarket and come supermarket than ever probably.

These are our supermarket's business plan. If we carry out these points, we must be succeed our project.

We think treasury investment is very important for feasibility report. Because it need to understand sponsor. And, comparison other supermarket is nice idea. The sponsor can understand easily. Also, insistence management business policy is good. We are showed morale to the sponsor.

We think we need to make plan for designing to final document. So, we suppose to 5 major feasibility of our plan.

First, we need to float a loan by some bank such as Toho-bank, Aizu-sinkin, post-

Next, we require to gather employees. Because when we carry on business, we have to have employees. But if we don't think right wage which can be given our profit, we can't profit.

    Finally, we should think business alliance. Because if we can contract some famous fastfood shops, cake shops and so on, we must be profit than ever. So we make some plans to open some tenants in our supermarket.

A. What was the basic purpose for launching this business

We will launch new supermarket. We have 5 idea and concept will be successful. First, we need to float a loan by some bank such as Toho-bank, Aizu-sinkin, post-office. We can think feasibility of our business. We need to some permissions, human resources and machines to realize our business plan.

At first, we have to obtain business license. So we consider to make document for application. Therefore, we use our business report and we think design of our supermarket and submit it to prefecture. Secondly, we should think the human resources. Because we may cause accidents with customers.So we try to decrease such as accidents and break in our staffs.

Finally, we must decide the machines to set up the training facility. But we do not have to prepare training facility. Because we give the chances to our staffs to learn how to use registers, to sort items and so on. Overall, if we can carry out these points, we can do our business successfully.

First, we should think the marketing channel to be a very complex. Second, The transportation cost of the commodity is large. Thered, When we establish the supermarket, a lot of permission is needed without

We always work our supermarket everyday. Our supermarket works from a.m. 9 clock to p.m. 10 clock.

We try to sell some goods more cheaply than other supermarket. Then, we stock

a shop with goods more cheaply.

Our supermarket,s location was bought in aizuwakamatsu. because it is easy for

us to develope our supermarket in aizuwakamatsu.

d. advertising your product.

We advertise our supermarket the advertisement of the newspaper, TV commercial, web page, etc.

First, how to create a report on the plan is important to expand into a service. When we want to come lots of people, we need to do some services. Second, how to treat with customer is important to come again a profitable customer. We need a profitable to increase the sale. Next, how to use a cash register is important to be satisfied with customer. It is satisfy for customer to use a cash retister more quickly. Next, how to manage goods is important to go bad goods. If we keep goods closely, goods enjoy a long life-span. Finally, how to display goods is important to show cleanly.If some goods are set out cleanly, customer become to buy it.

We make up a plan for the final document. We suggest 5 major points that we seein the final document. First, we have to think about how to store foods. Because we deal with fresh foods, and they go bad little by little. So we should think that how long does its item keep and when do we change foods. Secondly, we need to use cash register. Because if we carry on our works effectively, we must use cash register. Many customers hate crowing, so we must not wait for our customers. Thirdly, we should think training service of our staffs. Because it is very important to teach concierge service. If we offer a good concierge service, many customers may be satisfied. Next, we need to concider to display of items. Because good display is make to buy a lot of items. Finally, we should think drawing up project book. Because, we have to make a project about discount service to gather customers. So staffs must understand to write project book.

A. A brief overview of the company and its products.

We will launch supermarket. We offer lots of great goods to customer. And, we want customer to satisfy.

B. How is one of the products created or used?

Our supermarket always lays in stock of vegetables and fish every morning because we keep them the freshness. In addition, we creat some lunch boxs in supermarket every morning. For how to creat them, at first, we cook some vegetables and fish which we laid in stock of. Second, we boil the rice in rice-cookers in supermarket. When it is boiled, we dish it up some lunch boxes. Third, we season some vegetables and meat after we fry them. Then, we season fish after we fry it. Finally, we dish them up some lunch boxes.

C. How does a person (customer or employee) decide what to do (what to make or what to buy)?

Customers don't have to reserve the necessity and becoume a member to buy the commodity inour supermarket. Customers only have to come to our supermarket and buy a favorite items. But if we can not found the favorite items, it is also possible to obtain our supermarket.Our supermarket always puts a popular commodity. Our clerk is making an effort for that to put a popular commodity hearing customer's favor.

D. How are the products packaged?

Generally, we do not have to package our sell items. Because items are packaged before arrival goods. But, sometimes we should package our items. For example, someone who are home-aloner buy some vegetables in the summer, they are easyly to go bad, so someone must be think that I want to buy small vegetable. So, we cut down them half or quater to realize customer's needs. We must always think about customers to be satisfied with them.

E. Is there a training program to teach employees or customers about the product? (How to use it or how to make it?)

We have 4 training program to teach employees. First, how to treat with customers. Employee always services to customers. So, employee learn how to treat with customers. Second, how to use a cash register. If it is crowded in cash register place, it increase cashiers. So, all employees should be known how to use a cash register. Next, how to display goods. If some goods are confused, customers don't become to want to buy it. Finally, how to manage goods. If it run short goods, proceed will decrease. So, it is important for

proceed to manage goods.

F. Is there any extra support available for employees or customers if they need it? For example, is there a help line? Is there a FAQ (frequently asked questions)? Is your guide multi-lingual?

To create a more better supermarket, We should think some supports to customer. For example, we create Customer Support Corner to check customer's lost or forgotten something or to handle some displeasure or trouble of customers on telephone. In order to solve customer's ploblems, they must be concider to our market isvery good and comfort. So if we maintain comfort of customer, the number of costomers are increased absolutely day by day. Finally, we can develop our supermarket than ever now.

G. How can employees or customers contact human sources of help?

We gain question ground when customers are troubled. For example, e-mail address, homepage URL, FAX, etc.    Or, customers ask some clerks some questions.
