WHY ONLINE EXAM?Stored Repository of exams General problem with time for studentsTimed question not possibleAuto gradingFlexible Time Saver Security
PROPOSED SOLUTIONDevelop a system which allows the faculty to
create, modify and store questions which can be grouped together to form sections and these sections can be grouped together to form tests/examinations.
Section and Questions are configurable .Allow Students to write the test when ever they
want.Build test automatically based on the professor’s
preferences.
CHAREACTERSTIC OF THE PROPOSEDSYSTEMIn comparison to the present system the proposed
system will be less time consuming and is more efficient.
The online examination system is stable while students complete a test .
Answers can be saved in real time (if a power failure occurs the answers must be saved up to that point).
The proposed system is very secure as no chances of leakage of question paper as it is dependent on the administrator only.
The logs of appeared candidates and their marks are stored and can be backup for future use
