WHAT IS HANDS OFF?

HANDS OFF - is a product designed to keep drivers

concentrated on the road. Once the phone is plugged

into the car, the car will then allow it to be driven. Law enforcement have given

several tickets and been to hundreds of accidents that

involved people on their cell phones. This device will not

allow any type of usage other then music and

accepting calls or voice texts. All this will be added into your car or would need

to be Bluetooth ready.

LITTLE MORE DETAIL…Product is - 3inch x 5inch - located right below your steering wheel and your phone gets plugged in. Once plugged in - car starts. Each is specified to your phone, that must be set before driving.

Color- all types of interior colors to match your car.

Weight is light, about 2.25 pounds. Plugs into your computer through Bluetooth.

Car starts when phone is plugged in and phone becomes locked. Once car is in park position and turned off the phone is released.

MY BUSINESS This business is a corporation looking to find a partner to help

license this to car manufacturers and also sell adapters to put in older cars that are Bluetooth compatible.

Target market would be all car manufacturers - license this to them and also sell adapters in local stores such as any car store(advanced auto) or big name stores like Walmart/Target.

We have discounts set up with prudential insurance and working on others. Similar to a safe driving discount or discount for having multiple insurances.

market because too many accidents,

injuries, and deaths are caused by using

cell phones while driving.

It is a unique and one of a kind

product that would be a big success

that we conducted from surveys.

Not only is using a phone while driving

illegal, but life threatening as well. My product would make driving much

more safe.

once device is set up it can't be bypassed. Similar to the Breathalyzer in cars today.

Our warehouse is in Linden, NJ - small place with a 10 man/women crew. Great area for

distribution with cargo or from other local

distributors.

Just minutes from parkway/turnpike, airport,

train, & boat.

Hands Off is seeking

$250,000 for 40%.

Part of the licensing would

give us a portion of all sales and

we wouldn't absorb any

costs.

This would be a growing

business/product because we are going to spread

out with car manufacturers and insurance companies all

over.
