    To support the development of Fountain Tires Coast to Coast Strategic Expansion Plan, by understanding

    Fountain Tires core customer profiles, performing market and customer analysis, drawing supportable

    conclusions from the data, and contributing to the written final report.

    Job/Task Description 2* (maximum 200 characters)

    Manage and execute market assessments, either planned as part of the overall growth strategy, or on an ad-hoc

    basis as requested. Market assessments would include:

    A formal recommendation by marketing if a particular market or location is desirable or not to enter,

    supported by market share / potential data, an analysis of existing Fountain Tire stores market area,

    market share, traffic, retention, and profitability, an analysis of competitors in the market (brands,

    pricing, locations), economic and industry growth indicators and projections, statistical household and

    consumer behavior data, etc.

    Job/Task Description 3* (maximum 200 characters)

    Understand and update current market data for all Fountain Tire stores and Tire Country markets anddevelop market potentials.

    Develop market potentials for all markets (at the FSA level preferably) across Canada, for both consumer and

    commercial.

    Build relationships with syndicated data providers & custom data providers; conduct a feasibility study on

    market insight tools, or develop insight tools that the incumbent can use in-house.

    Develop and maintain Canada-wide insight on competitors, their brands, pricing, locations, and leverage that

    knowledge

    Develop and implement a systematic process for analyzing growth markets by collaborating with expansion

    and marketing.
