Import On A ComputerIn Emun, select Customers on the left-hand sideSelect Search by Zone and enter the last 3 digits of your rep number followed by (desired zone) ex: 582-1. Always select shipping instead of corporate so that all locations will be shown. Click the excel icon and save the downloaded file as Zone 1 Customers

Import On ComputerGo to Google Maps in your browser and select Create MapA screen will appear showing an Untitled Map and an Untitled Layer. Under this will be the option to Import. Click this and select the map you just saved. Once imported, you can then sort your customers by brand. They will automatically be sorted for you when you select this!

Customizing Your MapThis is the coolest part! You can make the markers on your map different colors or symbols based on the brand!What I recommend: Pick one symbol you like and use it for all existing customers. Color code as following: Red-Votivo Green- Greenleaf Blue-Bridgewater Yellow-Willowbrook

Customizing Your MapIn order to do this, open Google Maps on your computer where you imported your first zone map. Hover over any brand and a paint can will appear to the right. Click on this and then select the color and icon youd like to represent this brand.

Download App/Access On SmartphoneGo to the App Store on your phoneSearch Google Maps and select downloadWhen you open the app, it will prompt you to sign in.It will ask you if you want the app to use your location while using the app. Select Yes.It will take you to the main page of the app where you will be able to access your maps.

Moving From Account to AccountWhile using the Google Maps app, tap the bars on the top left of the screen then select Your Places. You will be able to switch between maps here!

Add A Single Prospect On The GoGo to your Google Maps App on your phoneType in the name of the business in the search barWhen the information appears at the bottom, swipe up and select SaveTo view these saved prospects, select the 3 bars at the top of the page, select Your Places and then you will see them!
