MOST RESPECTFULLY SHEWETH: -
1. The Petitioner and Respondent No.1 are Indians and domiciled in the
State of _____________. The Petitioner is the legally wedded wife of
Respondent No. 1 and their marriage was solemnized as per Hindu rites,
rituals and customs on _______________ at ________ in the State of
_____________ being the hometown of Respondent No.1 above named. The
Petitioner was a spinster and Respondent No.1 was a bachelor at the
time of marriage. Hereto annexed and marked as Exhibit “A” is the copy
of Marriage Certificate dated _________________ of the marriage
solemnized between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 1. Hereto
annexed and marked as Exhibit “B” is the copy of Wedding Invitation
Card for the marriage of the Petitioner and Respondent No. 1. Hereto
annexed and marked as Exhibit “C” (Collectively) are copies of the
wedding photographs of the marriage ceremony of the Petitioner and
Respondent No. 1.
2. Respondent No. 2 is a married woman with whom the Respondent No. 1
has extra marital affair not only from the time of their marriage but even
prior to that and Respondent No. 1 had conveniently concealed the said
facts from the Petitioner till it was discovered by the Petitioner, in the
circumstances set out hereinafter.
3. Both the parties are practicing Hindus and professed the same even at
the time of their marriage. Both the parties also belong to the same
