He has delivered branding programs for clients including General Electric, Copper Chimney Restaurants, Travel Food Services, Royal Orchid Hotels, Pepsico, Avantha, United Spirits, Taj Hotels, Bosch, Dockers, EMC, Turner Construction, Verizon and The WPP Group, to name just a few. His experience spans a wide array of branding disciplines such as research, strategy, identity, naming, advertising, communications and digital. Rakesh graduated with an MBA from the globally ranked business school INSEAD, where he focused on marketing, business strategy and entrepreneurship.
Rakesh has 14 years of combined international and national experience working across branding, advertising, marketing and sales in New York, Boston and Bangalore. Prior to founding Crosspollen he worked at global brand and design consultancy Landor Associates as well as advertising powerhouse JWT.

SANCHIT MIRJILead Consultant- Analysis and Quality Control
Through his expertise, he has successfully handled numerous projects for setting up and marketing various concept restaurants like the award-winning Amber India Restaurant in San Jose, California. Thereafter, he was taken on board with the Taj Group of Hotels where he worked in Revenue Management and the Corporate office. Till recently, he was in Lavasa where he completed eight concept restaurants including the award-winning Chor Bizarre, Oriental Octopus and All American Diner.
Sanchit is a Hotel Management Graduate from IHM, Mumbai with a degree in Psychology from the University of Bombay, and additionally holds a Masters in Business Administration from Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, USA.
Sanchit Mirji is a multi-faceted hospitality professional with over 14 years international experience in Food and Beverage, Systems & MIS, Revenue and Project Management. Sanchit has also designed and implemented various training programmes to enhance customer focus and develop team spirit.

MR. PRASHANT MEHROTRADirectorStrategy and Analysis
Mr. Prashant Mehrotra is a Hotel Management Graduate and additionally holds a Masters of Business administration degree from a California State University. He has a rich international experience with firms like Hewlett Packard, Kraft Foods, UBS Financials and Harley Davidson Motorcycles.
His expertise is in analyzing, evaluating, defining target market, long-term financial plan and potential returns, Investment & Market strategies. His core area of competency is to develop business plan, business strategies, business analysis, opportunity analysis, scenario analysis and profitability analysis.

An Interior Designer, with over seven years of work experience, in designing, project management, execution and administration.
Worked as an Interior Designer with Poggen Pohl Kitchen Studio, a German kitchen company. During the period of seven years have undertaken several residential, commercial, hospitality projects in areas including Delhi, Calcutta, Ahemdabad, Jalandhar and Bangalore among others.
