1. Property Letting & SalesLandlord’s have entrusted us to let and manage their properties. We offer premium lettings service to help you find tenants quickly and easily with no hassle.

Our team will take care of the entire lettings process on your behalf, from marketing your property to conducting viewings to tenant ne-gotiations and contracts.

We handle the marketing campaign mainly online to find suitable tenants for your property. We offer a no let, no fee policy. It’s no wonder that we are the letting company of choice in Uganda.

We create an information pack for the property.

We inspect the property to assess suitability to let and advice on the advertisement strategy to reach the desired clientele.

We host open house events to letting agents to market the property.

We take professional photographs of the property to form part of the marketing material.

The property management division endeavors to maximize net income by reducing vacancies, minimizing operating expenses and arrears.

We provide an on-site estate manager to promote facility management excellence, client service and a well-managed estate.

We have an existing team of experienced and fully trained estate man-agers who are immediately available to deploy to oversee one or more of the service

For smaller estates, part-time estate managers are available to tailor capacity and costs according to affordability and budgetary param-eters. All estate management services can be tailored to specific prop-erty requirements and challenges.

Home Fix™ is a registered brand of True Level that provides mainte-nance services for Apartments, Residences, and Condominiums. We can attend to virtually anything in your property inside and out, from water leaks, to electrical problems, blocked drains and so on. As we are sure you can imagine, the list is endless.

In addition to small re-pairs, we can also under-take major repair work or upgrades including: paint-ing your property, rewiring and fitting electrical instal-lation boards, installing windows and doors, fitting wardrobes and cupboards. These are just a few of the services we provide from our fully comprehensive portfolio of professional home property services.
