Filtrex take care of the whole filter replacement process ensuring an efficient and organised service, saving valuable time and resources. Along with our cloud-based record keeping service for schedules, maintenance planners, filter specification sheets, filter changes and cleaning records.

The LOGIC package provides an organised filter management service.

Our specialist cleaning equipment including DuctASP, DuctBOSS and DuctEYE provide correct and invasive cleaning of hard to reach and process extraction or supply lines. Remote video cameras and cleaning equipment will verify long ductwork lengths from one access point. This avoids the disruption of scaffolding and difficult access arrangements for elevated ductwork or ductwork over plant machinery and production equipment.

CCTV or photographic surveys of ductwork systems and sample testing are offered as an accurate report of the condition of the ductwork.

Contaminated ductwork systems can create an ideal environment for microbiological growth, leading to spread of bacteria. Decontamination, dust and debris build up can develop serious risks including fire.

DUCTASP

DuctASP surveys and cleans the ductwork all at once. It can be inserted into hard to reach air handling or LEV ductwork, which is then jet blasted by compressed air and released into a negative suction chamber to be collected.

The DuctASP is ideal for use on process ductwork that transmits large volumes of hot, dusty air which poses a fire risk, the machine will assist by cutting into settled ductwork deposits and remove contaminated product settlement.

A certificate with before and after images are supplied following successful completion of the system clean.

DUCTBOSSDuctBOSS drives into the ductwork internals to assess cleanliness and blockages from different viewpoints. It can travel up to 40 meters from one access point to assess the dust build up and can be used to verify ductwork cleaning programmes.

DUCTEYEDuctEYE shows you exactly what is going on in the ductwork and LEV aspirations systems. When dust builds up in ductwork leads it causes a reduction of air flow volumes resulting in extraction levels dropping. Blocked ducts effect efficiency of the fan as they have to work harder. The DuctEYE will detect and assist in keeping your ductwork safe and clean.

ROTARY BRUSHThe Filtrex rotary brush can survey and clean economically as only one person is required to handle the entire process.

It is ideal for use in grease systems as a dense foam is discharged into the duct and attaches itself to the wall that then melts off the grease. Grease build up in kitchen extract poses risk of a serious fire. Filtrex provides a complete clean and degreasing service for kitchen extract systems and carry out fire damper inspections.

Many sites have issues with filter storage, even those with good sized plant rooms often have an issue with fire insurance documentation and filters being stored on-site.

Trailer mounted washing facility to clean, launder, treat with a mould inhibitor and repair washable filter air distribution.

Filters can be removed out of production time and cleaned on site and re-fitted during the client’s downtime

No requirement for spare set storage which can take up valuable space and be susceptible to mould growth and damage in storage

Helps maintain the correct system airflow and temperature when sleeves are removed

Lowers risks of hot and cold spots occurring during cleaning process
